Part of a lovely terrace of properties set back from the road in a peaceful location, Lazybrook is a nicely presented ground floor apartment with its own outside seating area overlooking the brook, situated within the lovely communal gardens, belonging to the terrace. It has off road parking for one car, a storage area for beach equipment, surfboards and bikes, and is an easy ten minute level walk to the beach, shops and cafes of Perranporth. The apartment is fully tiled throughout (with underfloor heating for the chilly season) and all windows and doors are fully double glazed.

The apartment is accessed from the parking area through, what was the garage and is now a handy store room for surf boards, wet weather gear and bikes, which also includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. Further entrance into a contemporary open plan kitchen and small living area which is comfortable, compact and well equipped for two people. Fitted kitchen comprises fridge/freezer, electric hob and fan oven, microwave, breakfast bar with two bar stools. Sit and relax in the living area to watch the TV or a DVD, or simply admire the view across the brook to the fields beyond. A modern wet room provides a shower, basin, shaver point, WC and a heated towel rail.

A spacious, light and airy bedroom is furnished with king size bed, sofa and a wall mounted TV. French doors open out onto the apartment’s patio and rear garden (which can also be accessed through the kitchen) where there is a picnic bnch and table for al fresco dining or sitting outside to enjoy the calm and quiet of the area. This is a terraced property set within well cared for communal lawns and gardens (for the 9 houses in the quiet terrace) therefore the rear garden is not totally secluded but still provides a delightful, quiet and semi-enclosed place to sit out.
