Ground floor, 3 star 'Gold' Award accommodation: Sunny Corner (Rosemullion 8) has recently undergone a complete renovation to install new stylish, modern furnishings including a new kitchen and bathroom and contemporary open plan living space with wood effect flooring throughout.

The apartment is facing south from the lounge and is located at the end of the Rosemullion block of apartments with the entrance into an open plan kitchen/diner and living room. The oak style kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, 50/50 fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine with combined tumble dryer and under unit LED lighting. The dining room and living room area has a modern dining table to seat four, bonded leather suite, rocker/recliner chair, and 32" HD smart TV. Two bedrooms: Both bedrooms have a double bed (4ft 6ins), built-in wardrobe, bedside lighting and drawer space. Bedroom 1 has a wall mounted TV/DVD. Bedroom 2 has a radio.CD player with the bed against the wallon one side. Bathroom: Fully tiled shower cubicle with an easy access electric shower cubicle, shaver point, hand basin, WC and large electric towel rail. Heating: Wall mounted high efficiency programmable thermostatic electric heaters (Elmur) in each room make this apartment ideal for stays at any time of year
