A superb holiday spot with the beach on your doorstep. This spacious penthouse offers a very good standard of accommodation for you and your family who require a seaside holiday in this popular resort of Perranporth. Just open the door, walk a few metres to the golden sandy beach without having to pack up the car and drive for miles and then struggle to find a parking space! A selection of shops, restaurants etc., are all within a level walk with many tourist attractions nearby makings the Penthouse suites a good choice of accommodation for a family holiday. Atlantic Bay can offer two bedroom apartments with three and four bedroom Penthouses with allocated parking areas. There is a communal garden with benches (unfortunately no ball games or cycling allowed in the garden area) Penthouse-suites with three and four bedrooms.

Sleeps 6/7 Front entrance with cloakroom area, downstairs WC, hand basin and shower. Stairs lead to the main accommodation. Three bedrooms: bedroom one with a kingsize bed and TV, bedroom two with twin beds (3ft) and bedroom three with a double bed and TV. Lounge/diner is a good-sized room where you can see a part of the beach from the lounge window. The lounge/diner is very nicely furnished: it has two comfy sofas, dining table and chairs to accommodate six people, and a TV and DVD player. Well-equipped kitchen: an electric built in cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has an electric shower cubicle, bath, hand basin and WC.

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.
