6 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom villa which is set in a village location very quite

This modern 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa that can easily accommodate 12 guests has been built to modern standards, yet still maintains some traditional French charm. There are solid oak floors throughout the property, wooden shutters to the windows, a fully equipped modern Kitchen and a utility room that can be used as an additional kitchen if required. The Master Bedroom suite has it's own en suite bathroom and a private balcony that has splendid views across the countryside. The house also has 3 additional bedrooms to the first floor with a family bathroom and 2 further bedrooms (1 en suite) on the ground floor plus a further shower room with WC .

Outside there is a 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool surrounded by fences for safety and a garden laid to lawn that is 1 acre in total.

The villa is situated in a small village, however a 5 minute drive gets you to the main Bastide town of Villereal with a supermarket and a number of Bars and Restaurants. In the Summer months there are Markets twice a week and a night market every Monday with music and food available.

If you feel adventurous, then venture out to the well known tourist spots and activities of the Dordogne with kyaking and horse riding that are all within a 1 hour drive

About The Owner

I am a carpenter and joiner who has a passion for wood, but also do many building tasks for private Clients and Interior Designers in London. This has given me a feeling for what my ideal house should be like and I feel this has been achieved in my holiday home

The Owner purchased this villa in 2006

Why The Owner chose Lot-et-Garonne

Our Villa is located in a small village 3 miles away from a main town, which means we have very low levels of traffic which makes it very safe for the children and also very quiet, but should the adults need things, then the local town is close by for shops, restaurants and bars.

We are only 25 minutes from the Airport and many of the Bastide Towns are all within a short drive

What makes this villa unique

Peace and quiet, lovely location, a covered terrace to keep out of the sun if you wish and a open wooden decking area should you wish to soak up more sun
