A lovely and bright 3 bedroom family holiday home, close to all amenities and the beach of Albir. Benidorm is 10 minutes away by car or bus and the local attractions and theme parks too.

With a private swimming pool and secure garden this property is popular with families and holiday guests wishing to have a peaceful and relaxing holiday with the added advantage of Albir and Benidorm a few minutes away.

Entering the house you will find a large kitchen fully equipped for your stay, leading to the dining area and living room, which has a large flat screen TV with UK TV channels and WIFI throughout. There is a sofa bed offering guests additional sleeping space if needed at no extra cost, please pre book prior to arrival. From the large patio doors there is a secure garden area with outdoor seating, sunbeds, BBQ and a private pool.

Upstairs consists of 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, the master bedroom has an en suite shower room and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, the other double room enjoys the mountain views inland. There is a twin room and a family bathroom also on this level.

The house has hot and cold air conditioning throughout which is payable via coin meter during your stay. For security there is also a fitted safe for your use. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay and if required there is a travel cot and high chair provided for babies.

About Chris or Sara Richardson

We live and work in Brighton, Sussex. I am an Architect and have my own practice and Sara works as a Nurse testing children's hearing.

We have a good friend who lives very near the property and we bought the house off plan taking possession of it in May 2005.

The house is part of a long term plan where we hope to be in a position to spend time in Spain when we reach retirement in a few years time.

Our family of three children, their other halves and our granddaughter are big fans of the house and the town where it is situated.

Why Chris or Sara Richardson chose Benidorm Area

The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday with some fabulous beaches nearby. Alternatively if you are looking for something more active then there are a variety of relaxing or challenging walks.

There are also many interesting places within walking distance and other places worth visiting by car such as the hill village of Guadalest, the guitar Museum at Gata de Gorges, the Theme park at Terra Mitica and the water park at Benidorm.

The town of Albir is a buzzy place which is far less commercial than Benidorm and has a new museum following the recent discovery of ancient ruins. There are static and visiting craft markets and open air cinema events.One of the most satisfying things that we like to do is to walk along the promenade early evening to soak up the atmosphere.

What makes this house unique

The resort is conveniently situated and about a 40 minute drive from Alicante airport. There is a wide range of different shops, bars and restaurants in the town.

You can always take a day trip to Valencia or walk locally to Altea.

Lovely villa in s really quite location. Nice walk down to town.

We had a lovely stay and Tracy and Darren were really friendly and helpful. The only gripe I have is the wifi which it said we were charged for but was very intermittent i had taken time from work to be with my husband who was recovering from an illness but I still needed to work and it wasn't until we arrived was I told the wifi was limited. I think this should be stated on the website. But apart from that we enjoyed our stay immensely

Lovely well equipped villa

Myself and my husband along with two sons and daughters in law had a fabulous weeks stay in this villa. Private pool is an absolute bonus and plenty big enough for us all. The patio and terrace areas are wonderful places to sit in the evening. We had a couple of barbecues. Supermarkets restaurants and bars all within a 10 min walk. The villa is clean comfortable and very well equipped. We would all definitely recommend and hopefully return.

Lovely house very clean and very well equipped. Very private garden with plenty of space for sunbathing and ample garden furniture. Was lovely to have our own pool. Ample restaurants and pubs, beach very clean. Will definitely return and recommend.

Fab villa with everything you need in a great location

Just returned from a wonderful week's stay at Casa Zorro with my husband, sister and 13 month old son.

The villa was absolutely perfect for us with everything we needed, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean, it felt like a home from home.

A brand new travel cot was provided for us with a nice mattress and new cot bedding - we've stayed in villas before with our little boy and the quality and condition of the cot provided was completely unacceptable so we were very happy to find this wasn't the case here! He loved his holiday bedroom!

Tracy, the house manager, contacted us before our stay to check flight details and ask if there was anything we needed. She replied to everything promptly and was super helpful during our stay. Really appreciated having someone locally to contact who speaks English.

The villa is close to the town - supermarkets, shops, the beach and tonnes of restaurants are all a 10 minute walk away. We were worried it would be too far to walk every day with a buggy and many bags in tow but this wasn't the case at all. We used a granny-trolley to bring all of our shopping back from the supermarket, this made it easier especially with all the bottles of water we needed!

We would definitely recommend Casa Zorro to anyone and would love to visit again!

lovely well equipped house perfect family holiday

Delightful 3 bed house with own pool. Excellent condition, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Location is excellent short walk to beach and numerous restaurants and supermarkets, owners couldn't be more helpful and the house was equipped with everything you need. The garden provides a safe environment for a perfect family holiday. I loved this house and the area and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it, and would love to return.
