About the property

Our wonderful apartment is located on the second floor which is accessed from the street via a ramp, lift or stairs very quickly. The apartment is located on Calle Baleares, in the "Balcon del Atlantico" residential complex.

It is surrounded by public parking areas and practically all day you can park at the entrance or very close to it.

Both the area and the resort are quiet and away from the bustle but at the same time near to to recreational areas.

It is just 15 minutes walking from Playa Fañabé. You will also find several kinds of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets 24h at 5 minutes, cinema and shopping malls at 8 minutes and the best entertainment in the south of the island as the Siam Park aquatic park No. 1 in the world, Siam Mall the newest shopping center, Aqualand, Jungle Park, Puerto Colon and more just 20 minutes walking.

There are two pool areas, the nearest to the apartment is located on the 7th floor, spectacular location with wonderful views of Costa Adeje and surrounded by the mountains that make up the Barranco del Infierno. From this point, you will have the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen.

The apartment, with a combination of rustic and exotic decoration is divided into four rooms;

The bathroom is newly renovated with a fresh, clean style, decorated in colored stone and golden tile drops will transport you to a day at the spa. Hairdryer and bathroom amenities are provided.

The double room is arranged with a king size bed with quality and softness handmade sheets where pleasant rest is assured. A safe, iron, linen, towels and bathrobes are provided.

The American style kitchen is large and fully equipped with oven, glass-ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, water boiler, washing machine and dining table, all at your disposal. This is attached to the living room where lying on the couch you can watch a large selection of international channels on a Samsung flat-screen TV. Our guests have free Internet access.

The terrace will be the excellence of the house, the most delightful place as Tenerife is known for its long sunny days. So we've placed a tent, table, chairs and hand restored wooden lounge chairs where you can enjoy long evenings in the moon and stars light.

The teak loungers will give you the comfort needed to enjoy a wonderful day of sun without leaving the apartment when you wish.

Lovely view of the mountains and the sea can be enjoyed together with a tasty meal sitting on the terrace.

What a lovely vacation!

Everything about the apartment was absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and well kept, the location is far enough away from the touristy part of the island so that it remained relatively quiet, and everything was relatively close by. As a general rule, if you are vacationing in Tenerife, I would HIGHLY encourage you to rent a car, as it is the most efficient means of traveling. The supermarket/restaurants/etc were maybe a 4-5 euro taxi ride one way, but a car allows you to explore more (and the apartment had free, accessible parking as well).

The apartment is only on the 2nd floor, so the views aren't stunning, but they are quite lovely, especially if you go up the complex to the pool on the 7th floor. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment as it really had everything we needed. Cristina and Marcio were very welcoming and helpful in telling us everything that we needed to know. They even had a book with maps, emergency numbers, and useful information for our stay in Tenerife! 5 stars for this property, and we would definitely come back!!

A lovely stay in a nice apartment

My husband & I have just returned from a four week stay in this apartment. I must first say how lovely Cristina & Marcio were & nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is clean & tidy & has a wonderful large sunny terrace where we enjoyed al fresco lunches & lazing with a book. The apartment is a 25 to 30 minute walk downhill to the centre of town so if, like us you're happy with that the location is fine. It is however quite a steep walk back, we did it a few times but mostly got a taxi at an average cost of 4 euros. The apartment is in a residential part of the resort so you do have to walk out to find any amenities, supermarkets & the bus stop. Costa Adeje is a great resort with lots of great restaurants & if you enjoy walking, you can walk for miles along the coast to Las Americas, Los Cristianos & La Caleta which is a lovely little village for a tapas lunch. We had a fantastic time in Tenerife with this as our base & would recommend this property. Should we return to the island for this kind of holiday again, we would certainly consider staying here again.

A great location and a home from home

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. We hired a car and found parking easy enough outside the block. There are a few shops within 10 min walk and the main shopping area with restaurants and the beach is only 30 min walk. It is a long hill coming back up but we didn't find it too hard (used to Cornish hills!) but some may find it a challenge. We didn't meet Cristina and Marcio but I did have a chat with him on the phone when we arrived to talk through the important stuff regarding the apartment. The swimming pool isn't heated and was too cold to use but it's a lovely area for warmer weather. The TV works through the WiFi and we found it better to switch the WiFi off our phones as it interfered with the TV signal. The balcony is a lovely area to sit and is quiet. We drove 400 miles round the island, walked miles every day and visited nearly every point, just the furthest point North and also West to visit next time. We found the apartment to be an ideal base for our weeks holiday and would definitely recommend it.

Lovely apartment in good location

We had a lovely week staying in this apartment. It is in walking distance of the sea and shops but feels removed from the touristy area. It's got a great view of the mountains to enjoy while eating on the balcony. The top floor swimming pool area is great for sunset watching.

Pleasant, spacious accommodation

This apartment was perfect for us as a couple. Enough space both inside and out and comfortably and tastefully furnished. Cristina and Marcia kindly met us on arrival and handed over the keys and instructions and everything was very straight forward.

We had not hired a car as we had not realised that the apartment was further out of the main town than we had thought, but would recommend it, as the walk to the shops and the main coastal strip is a good half an hour. Coming back is all up hill so a car would be of benefit. Parking appears plentiful.

The apartment was very quiet at night so sleeping was not a problem though during the day, since the terrace faces the road there is considerable traffic noise and the irritation of barking dogs from time to time which seems to us to be a common problem in many Spanish holiday locations.

This is an ideal base for those seeking to go out and about traveling around the island and seeing what it has to offer.
