A beautifully presented Large 4 bedroom South Facing villa situated on the sort after La Finca Golf course and resort.

The villa is situated on the front row of the course on the 5th Fairway and with a secure and gated community.

The view from the villa is fantastic and stretches up the golf course and down towards the lower end of the golf course then beyond into the local area and countryside. Views spanning over to Surrounding towns and villages including the large sight of Seirra de Callosa.

La Finca Golf is situated on the outskirts of the village Algorfa which is a lovely rural village in itself.

Primarily, this villa has a huge specification - a very high standard. It is FULLY air conditioned in every room (lounge, dining room, all bedrooms etc) for the hot summer months and also has the massive benefit of having full gas central heating, again, with radiators in all rooms of the house. This is perfect for the cooler months of the year before and after the Christmas period. Spanish properties have never been designed to keep warmth in so having the villa centrally heated during the winter is a perfect way to make sure that the villa has the added appeal of being 'just like home' - nice and cosy in the winter but with the added bonus of the Spanish sunshine! - great when its a little chilly outside.

The villa itself is a split level property which has the bedrooms (all 4 bedrooms) on the lower level and the Lounge, dining room and kitchen on the upper level (which is ground level as you enter through the front entrance door).

The kitchen is large and very well equipped with all of the items you would expect from a villa of this standard. This leads to the internal dining area which has comfortable seating for 6 people. Beyond the dining area is the Lounge, this is again well equipped and benefits from 2 Large leather sofas and also has a large wall mounted LED TV and WiFi - Both newly installed for 2016, there is also a W/C on this level consisting of a toilet and wash basin.

An internal staircase leads you from the lounge to the lower level where the bedrooms are situated.

The 4 bedrooms all are very nicely finished and consisting of a Super-king bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, 2 x single beds in bedroom 2 and 2 x single beds in bedroom 4. All rooms are Air Conditioned.

The master bedroom benefits from a Parquet flooring finish, its own UKTV system and also a en-suite bathroom consisting of shower enclosure, Toilet and wash basin.

From within the master bedroom you can open the doors which take you on to the small lower terrace with a table and 2 chairs before leading a few steps down more to the main garden area. On the bedroom level you will also find the master bathroom which has a bath, shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin within.

Within the lounge you can open the sliding patio doors which lead out onto a large terrace area with great views, there is also an outside dining area with a table and ample seating, there is also a sun parasol which is ideal to give a little shade during the soaring summer temperatures. There is also a roll out sun awning to offer shade too on the upper (lounge) terrace. The upper terrace also benefits from having a well sized and all new outside comfortable cushioned seating area with table, ideal to relax on with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

The villa BBQ is also on this level.

A stairway to the left of the terrace lead down to the garden and pool area where you will find plenty of tiled space, 8 Sun Loungers - 4 of which are all new and matching to the new external furnishings, a new table with 4 comfortable chairs for dining or relaxing at, also by the palm tree you will find a comfortable seating area with 2 chairs, a small drinks table a footstools, finally, last but by no means least, the swimming pool. The pool is well sized and again, is a great asset during the hot months. A kidney bean shape approx 8.5m long and 4m wide. Great for a cool down, or to play with the kids in ideal all around.

In the cooler months, as said, this property is lucky enough to feature gas central heating which consists of being in ALL rooms of the villa.

This makes the villa perfect all year round for all levels of interest from Family holidays, golfing breaks or indeed to get away from everything back home.

For those who cannot miss the TV there is UKTV in the lounge and the master bedroom along with this area being full air conditioned also.

The villa has ample off road parking for your vehicle also.

In summary of the villa, it truly is a great villa and the views are amazing. Whatever you are looking for from your holiday, this will be a fantastic complement to it.

The villa is a minimal 2 minute drive from the clubhouse and also the hotel where there is a Spa, Gym, restaurant and lounge suite. A choice of bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away and the white sandy beaches 10 - 15 minutes away by car. The beaches have 30 km of white sand to relax on and enjoy the sun or take a swim in the clear blue Mediterranean sea. The area boasts in excess of eight 18 hole golf courses within a 20 minute drive of the villa. This, with one right on your doorstep is bound to make a great holiday for all of the family or for the golfing trip abroad.

The owners arrived at purchasing this property having spent many years themselves letting holiday accommodation on the resort, having used their time to build up an idea of what they wanted from the area and indeed the property, this one ticked ALL the boxes. With fantastic views of the course and surrounding area's, there was no hesitation in proceeding with the purchase. The area is great with a lot of local towns and also busier towns which are not a long drive away. The Villa can be what you want it to be, if it is quiet and great scenery you are after, this has it. If it is a base for a golfing break, this is it. If it is a luxury place to enjoy when you are not exploring the area this is it. All in all, a great all rounder within a great resort.

What makes this villa unique

Of course, the golf is ideal. A stones throw to the clubhouse and within a short drive of many more. This, but at the same time only a short (and quick) drive to the perfect beaches of the Costa Blanca. This Villa is not just about the golfing, it is about the area. Far enough away from the busy coastal resorts if you are not wishing to have that, yet not too far away from them if you wish to go to them. Enjoy the perfect and picturesque surrounding area from the pool or the terrace while enjoying a glass of wine watching the sunset between the mountains of Oriheula. With bars and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away or take a drive to other towns and find other places of interest. This villa is bound to satisfy what ever you wish to achieve during your stay there.

Very nice stay- pictures don't do it justice

Very easy to find the property and met Laura on arrival who was friendly and helpful. The villa was lovely, very clean and had a lovely outside area over looking the golf course. The villa had the Sun late into the evening. Towels and bed linen were provided.

Downside is be aware to bring washing up liquid and toilet roll as this is not provided. For a villa that sleeps 8 people and being on a golf course it may be a good idea to have more than one set of keys/gate fob as those who aren't out playing golf are stuck in the villa as you can only get out of the front gate with a fob- this wasn't a problem for us though as we were only there a short time. Would definitely return here

Owner's Response: Hi Lucy, Thank you for the fair review. I have to agree, the pictures do not do the villa or setting justice. This said, we will aim to get even better images to compliment it more so. Regarding the Washing Liquid and Toilet roll which you pointed out, i can only apologise for this. When the villa is cleaned we rely on the cleaners to note if the villa is lacking in these essentials and we then arrange for them to be there, sadly, the cleaners seem not to have informed me this time around. Needless to say, we will make a point of this for the future. Regarding the option of 2 sets of keys, we will be sure that this is available for future rental groups should they require them. Many thanks again and would love to welcome you back sometime.

Special interest holidays:

Theme parks a short drive away, water parks a short distance. Paint ball, horse riding, go-karting, quad biking all a short drive away.


The beaches are no more than a 15 minute drive to the nearest beach. With white beautiful sand as far as your eyes can see. The popular and traditional towns of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja boast perfect beaches with award winning standards. 30 km of sand either side of these towns make for a great time on the beach or even just to take a walk along them.


Alicante Airport and Murcia Airport are both approximately a 30 -40 minute drive away. Car Hire is advised.


The nearest bar/restaurants are on site (5 mins walk).

The Spanish village of Algorfa is a 5 minute drive away and has various bars and restaurants. Cuidad Quesada is less than a 10 minute drive with a lively center and many bars and restaurants to chose from. Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive and is a major tourist site with a traditional history and a busy night life. Many other areas local to the villa's situation.

Resort facilities include a choice of bars, restaurants, supermarket & other retail outlets. For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 15 minutes from the award winning white flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel de Salinas, Algorfa, Almoradi and Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. The villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spains largest fishing town). For a great day out visit the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and aqualandia (seasonal).

Guests are advised to arrange their own travel/personal insurance as no liability will be accepted by either the owner or agent for the property in the event of damage/theft or loss of property nor injury to any guests at the property during the duration of the agreed booking.

Booking Notes:
Upon agreeing your holiday period and price, you will be required to pay a 25% deposit of the booking figure. The remaining balance and cleaning charge will be required no less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date at the villa.
Upon your arrival at the villa you will be required to pay a 200.00 GBP / Euro damages/breakages deposit to the agent on handover of keys, this can be included within the booking and can be refunded to a nominated bank account within 1 week of your departure on the provision that no damages have occurred and a brief inspection has been undertaken.

Changeover Day:
Flexible. On same day changeovers at the villa its required that clients vacate the villa by 10.30am and tenants arrive for their stay no earlier than 4.00pm. Although this is stated we will do our best to accommodate your requirements beyond these times.
