First floor has three bedrooms and bathroom.

First bedroom is twin beds with cupboards.

Second bedroom is Master with double bed and cupboards and external balcony with table and chairs.

Third bedroom is a double with cupboards with external balcony with table and chairs.

Bathroom has jacuzzi bath, bidet, toilet and washbasin with cupboard above.

At the back of the house there is large room with boiler room adjoining. This has a toilet, washbasin and shower but has not been developed.

Outside in front of the villa is a heated swimming pool and lounger chairs.

There are large developed gardens in front and around the pool.

There is a car parking space with electric gate in front and another space at the rear. The house is professionally managed by Istria Property Management who are based in the neighbouring town of Visnjan.

About the Owner

We live in the UK in Market Harborough.

We originally purchased to sell on but liked the area so much we decided to furnish the house and use ourselves it as well as renting it.

All of our family have visited it, and in the early stages helped "put it together".

Our local management agency (Istria Property Management) handle the bookings for us and look after all our guests who stay at the house.

Location

From the Owner

It was in beautiful countryside but near a large town with all of the facilities. Peaceful when at home but plenty to do when touring. We actually chose the piece of land and watched the property being built. We then fitted it out completely from pots and pans to fitting the kitchen

Porec is about 10km from the villa and has wide range of facilities. Several large supermarkets on outskirts of town
