Stunning family vacation home with private pool, spa and extra large games room

Siesta Key is a luxurious family vacation home with 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and an extended pool & spa deck, located in the well-established, and highly regarded, secure gated community resort of Emerald Island.

Located just five miles from DisneyWorld, Emerald Island has excellent facilities for guests to enjoy including heated pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness suite, computer room, games room and internet cafe. There are also playgrounds for children, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and a nature trail to explore. Being just a 10 minute drive to DisneyWorld, 20 minutes to SeaWorld and 30 minutes to Universal, Emerald Island is a perfect base from which to visit all of the attractions Orlando has to offer. There are also supermarkets, restaurants and a wide range of shops just minutes away on US192 and US27.

Siesta Key is located in the prestigious Enclave section of Emerald Island which features more spacious homes on larger lots. It is the largest of the villa types on Emerald Island and is perfectly situated with a south-facing pool and spa deck which is not overlooked by other properties, thereby offering uninterrupted views over the lake and woodland area beyond and spectacular sunsets. This setting provides a private and tranquil retreat which is perfect for those days when you want to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.

The extended pool area has a 28ft x 14ft heated pool and adjoining spa and is in the sunshine all day long, all year round. For those times when you get too hot, you can simply retreat to the large covered lanai area with its three overhead fans. There are plenty of reclining sun loungers as well as tables and chairs for relaxing or dining outside whilst enjoying the views. There is also a removable safety fence in place to keep young children away from the pool when not supervised.

Inside Siesta Key, you will find a fully air-conditioned, spacious home which can easily accommodate up to 16 adults and children over the age of two and up to an additional four infants under two. All guest reservations are fully inclusive of many things which are often charged as additional extras, such as:

- Early check in and late check out (subject to availability)

- Unlimited use of top of the range Weber gas BBQ

- High speed wireless internet throughout the property

- Extensive library of books, blu-rays & dvds, Xbox One and Xbox 360 games

- Baby equipment including: two wooden cribs, two ‘pack and play’ cribs, high chairs, strollers, baby monitors, stair gates, etc.

The only optional extra that we offer is for pool and spa heating as this varies according to individual guest preference - the cost for this is £20 per day.

Key features of the downstairs accommodation include:

- Large, open-plan living area with huge corner sofa which has two powered USB sockets built into the central armrest for charging phones, tablets, etc., two electrically-powered reclining chairs and a separate, matching rocking chair. For those family movie nights, there is a 60" Samsung 4K Ultra HD ‘smart’ TV, which allows you to view Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc in up to 4K ultra high definition. This TV is hooked up to an HD cable system and is partnered with a Samsung ‘smart’ blu-ray & dvd player. There is also a Sonos wireless music system which you can control directly from your own smartphone, tablet or laptop.

- Separate lounge with large corner sofa and a 50” Samsung HD TV with HD cable. There is also an Xbox One with a wide range of games to appeal to families, teens and younger kids.

- Two dining areas with seating for up to sixteen guests: one with a more formal dining table and chairs for up to 8 guests and a more informal dining area, also with seating for up to 8 guests.

- Generously equipped kitchen with a full range of high quality appliances, with plenty of pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc. to accommodate parties of all sizes.

- Separate utility room with a state of the art, high capacity washer and two matching dryers for the additional convenience of larger parties.

- Triple-garage games room with: 8’ Eliminator pool table, Killspin ping-pong table, Tornado T-3000 foosball table and Gold Standard Pro air hockey table. There is also a 50” Samsung HD TV with HD cable and bar-style tables and chairs. This room is electrically air conditioned via a high quality, high capacity, Honeywell standalone A/C unit which is vented to the outside of the villa.

The sleeping accommodation offers generously proportioned rooms which ensure that even large parties will never feel crowded. There are seven bedrooms and six bathrooms in total:

- Two master king-sized bedrooms, located upstairs at opposite corners of the villa, each with extra-large ensuite bathrooms comprising 'his/her’ twin sinks, corner bath, separate toilet and separate shower cubicle.

- Three further standard king-sized bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms comprising toilet, sink and low profile bath with overhead shower: two of these ensuite rooms are upstairs and one is downstairs for the convenience of older guests or guests with impaired mobility.

- Two twin bedrooms, one with two bunk beds and the other with two single beds: these rooms share a 'jack & jill’ ensuite bathroom with the same configuration as the standard king ensuite bathrooms.

- Each bedroom has a 32” Samsung flatscreen HDTV with HD cable TV installed. Several of these TVs are enabled with ’smart’ features and/or partnered with Samsung ‘smart' blu-ray & dvd players which allow you to view Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. in high definition.

Siesta Key is owned by a family with children both young and old who have been regular visitors to Orlando over the last 20 years. We stayed in many different villas in many different locations before deciding to buy our own - we carefully researched the market over several years before choosing Siesta Key which we truly believe is the ‘jewel in the crown’ of Emerald Island.

We feel that we know what guests really want in a vacation rental and our aim is to give you the best vacation home experience possible in order that you can fully concentrate on enjoying your precious vacation time. My family and I fell in love with Siesta Key from the moment we entered the door. It is an amazing place to stay with so much room for all. It's many beautiful and well decorated rooms make you feel like a million. There is always something to do from just relaxing by the pool, watching one of the several televisions or playing ping pong, etc. in the game room. I highly recommend renting this property, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. There were various age groups who stayed here in my family and everyone one of us, along with my relatives who visited us, raved about this villa. Thank you so much Scot for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa. It made our first vacation to Disney World a very memorable one. It was PERFECT. Thank you again!

Lovely villa

A beautiful home with absolutely everything you could possibly need including car seats and buggies saving the cost of hiring strollers in the parks.. The location couldn’t be better, just a couple of minutes from the 192 with all the restaurants and shops. 10 minutes from Disney (depending on traffic) and 20 from Universal. It almost seems a shame that most visitors, like us, are going to be out every day whereas you could spend a lovely holiday here relaxing by the pool on one of the many comfortable sun loungers. The owner Scot is very helpful if you have any questions before and during your stay.

Excellent property that easily fulfilled all of our family's requirements

Great location for Disney and easy access to the I4 and Orlando. Within 5 minutes drive of all of the amenities of Kissimmee and a very quiet gated community. Would happily recommend as a base for any size of family as the villa has everything you will need for a comfortable duration of your stay.

Great, well equiped home.

We were a group of 14 people from 5 households. The configuration of a bedrooms/bathrooms worked out well for all of us. With the exception of one hair dryer, everything was in good working order. The BBQ had a spare gas cylinder, so we had no worries about running out of propane. All supplies were quite adequate. We especially appreciated the abundance of clothes hangers in all of the closets! The game room was well equipped with all the required accessories. Likewise, the pool had an abundance of water toys that were enjoyed by the young ones. The WIFI worked well throughout the house. Having two clothes dryers was also greatly appreciated. We would definitely like to be able to stay here again on any future trip.

Fantastic villa, excellent outside space and great facilities

Emerald Island as a whole is fantastic, well maintained and clean, we always felt safe within the resort grounds. We stayed at Siesta Key for 21 nights as a party of 9. (could have been double that) the space was superb. The villa sits on a quiet road and the rear of the property looks onto the conservation grounds. Though you have neighbours we did not feel at any point that we were looked over. When we arrived the villa was clean and tidy, everything that we had hoped for. The jewel in the crown for this villa is the outside space, fantastic lanai with ceiling fans that were needed in July, although there was enough seats and loungers for everyone if i am being picky they could have been of better quality for the money that is paid. Great games room that everyone did take advantage of when the weather was bad. The villa is to a high standard and is very impressive, really did feel like a home from home. We had an issue with the pool while we were there that was sorted out by the pool guy Marty (really nice guy, loves a beer lol). From the time we booked 16 months before we were there, the owner Scot was fantastic to deal with answered all our questions promptly and professionally, we would not hesitate in booking this villa again. We were so close to the 192, celebration, disney, old town and lots of great restaurants you really are spoiled as to how close you are to everything. We done universal in 17 mins one morning. We had take away delivered no problems and used uber from the villa also with no issues. All the bedrooms were fantastic, what you see is what you get, plenty of towels for everyone. My wife fell in love with the washing machine and twin dryers, that were massive. Valet trash was fantastic, they do everything for you, no need to worry about taking the trash out. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. All in all a fantastic villa and a great place to stay.

The place where dreams come true with the help of this amazing villa and it's owner!

This is a fantastic villa with great facilities to suit the needs of the entire family. From the minute we started planning our stay right up until we had to leave the villa we couldn't ask for anything better. The owner of the villa was very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed for our tiny travellers. Stairgates, highchairs, cots and buggies were all made available and of good condition. We ordered car seats for when we arrived and were delighted to find the owner had organised for these to be in the property waiting on us arriving.

The villa itself is very open and bright, providing plenty of room for our party of 15. The highlight for the bigger kids was the fantastic games room which had a great range of games for them to play. The pool was a good size with plenty of space to relax around the pool too.

All bedrooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the open plan living and kitchen area was of a great size with everything we needed and more.

As a family of 15 its suited all our needs and we will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Disney.

The only item which is not included in the rate is pool/spa heating as this very much depends on guest preference. If required, this is available at just £20 per night.

For bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded in full. For bookings cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposits will be refunded. Deposits will be forfeited for bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival, deposits will be refunded in full if the property can be re-booked to another guest for the relevant dates.

Rates and availability are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
