About Annabel

I am a part-time photographer who loves travel photography and portraiture

Annabel purchased this cottage in 2003

Why Annabel chose Saint Gennys

We fell for the tranquil, wooded valley surrounding the property.

What makes this cottage unique

Far from the noise of traffic, and only the sounds of birdsong and cows lowing in the surrounding pastures, this is a haven where you can truly relax

Great location for the SW coast path

  • 4 of 5

Gorgeous location, peaceful and away from it all but close enough to civilisation so as not to feel cut off. Crackington Haven is an idyllic spot especially first thing and the Beach Cafe does a fab coffee and breakfast. The property has everything you’d need and the most enormous bed! Slept so well. Hope to return soon.

Relaxing, very tranquil and out of the way of busy life. Very soothing

  • 4 of 5

We spent our holidays this year in beautiful Cornwall at this pretty cottage which was nestled away from the busy crazy life but only a 20 minute drive away from Bude town centre and a 2 minute drive to the local post office/local stores. We took our two medium size dogs which worked out really well - although any dogs considered much bigger or more than 2 we wouldn't personally recommend. There were two large fields within a 2 minute walk from the cottage and a lot of shops and cafes were very dog friendly in Bude and at the Cabin Cafe at the local beach cove.

Keine Wünsche offen

  • 5 of 5

Rundum gelungener Urlaub :-)

Whether you're looking for a peaceful haven, a cosy romantic getaway or a fun break, relaxation is guaranteed when you choose the self-contained Trewarden Guest Cottage. Set in stunning private grounds, it's the perfect accommodation for your short break, and a great base from which to explore all that the breathtaking North Cornwall coastline has to offer.

Set in rural and beautiful countryside, the tranquil settlement of Crackington Haven is a little-known jewel in Cornwall's crown. It's no surprise that the odd celebrity has chosen it as their sanctuary in which to unwind - the mix of wild seas and rugged coastline is a great source of inspiration for artists, poets and musicians alike.

Crackington is a stone's throw away from Port Isaac where the TV series, Doc Martin, is set. It is also close to Tintagel - the birthplace of King Arthur.

Trewarden Guest Cottage sleeps two adults, and it's hidden away on the side of a tranquil, wooded valley that's only a couple of miles from the stunning beach. Privacy, peace and space are all yours, but a short walk will take you to Crackington's local well-stocked shop and post office.
