Tremlyn Cottage is a 4 Bedroom house which can accomadate upto 7 guests. The property has an open plan farmhouse styled kitchen/diner with french doors opening onto the gardens and outdoor terrace area overlooking the driveway and well maintained gardens featuring a water fountain and ornamental pond. Inside the property there are two cosy yet spacious downstairs sitting rooms, furnished to a high standard, both with leather suites and 42" HD televisions, freeview and DVD players. The sitting room leading off the kitchen has a large log burning stove with wood provided free of charge. Upstairs features 4 bedrooms; 3 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Upstairs also features a high quality bathroom with a double ended bath, as well as a shower room with a large cubicle, both with a WC. There is ample parking available on the private gated driveway. 2 Well behaved dogs are also permitted to stay. WIFI is featured in the property and all ben linen is provided.

The property is situated just 1 mile from Porthmadog on the Morfa Bychan road. Morfa Bychan village can be reached by foot within 10 minutes where there is a shop, chip shop, pub, golf course and a dog friendly beach. A coastal footpath not far from the property meanders along the coast above sandy beaches and coves to Cricieth 6 miles away. Another footpath at the top of the hill goes up Moel y Gest mountin for fabulous all round sonwdonia views. Snowdon looms large just 8 miles away, but the most inviting are the mountains above Harlech This is an excellent central location for a holiday property in North Wales.

Amazing property

This house is beautiful. It is homely, welcoming and perfect for a family visit. We really enjoyed the garden and log fire. I would definitely recommend it and will be back!

Stunning house, garden and location

What a stunning house. We've just returned from a short family stay at Tremlyn and what a great break it was. The Cottage (house!) Is set back from the road and in a lovely private and beautiful garden. The decor inside is to an extremely high standard. We enjoyed meals around the large kitchen table with the patio doors open listening to the birds sing - we then relaxed in one of the 2 family rooms in the evening cosy around the log burner.

This property is definitely worth the money ... my only hope is that is has availability for us next year!
