Three Bedrooms, Three Bathrooms, Lots of Space, Sleeps Eight People, Serviced.

This incredibly spacious three bedroom apartment is in the centre of Dublin City.

It covers two levels of the apartment block, with a very spacious open plan kitchen/dining room.

The kitchen is fully equipped will all the mod cons, including a washer/dryer machine, Bosch coffee maker, and everything you might need to prepare food.

The living room has a wealth of space, with a study included, a comfortable seating area, with a 40 inch TV with UPC Cable channels. There is also High Speed WiFi internet throughout the house.

There is a bathroom upstairs, and in the centre of the apartment a stairs leads down to the three double bedrooms and two other full bathrooms. We can also provide four foldable single beds in the living room to sleep a max of ten people.

The apartment has two spacious balconies and secure basement parking with an elevator up. There is a beautiful garden at the entrance.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before each guest arrives, freshly laundered linens and towels are provided for all guests. You are met on arrival outside the Radisson Blu Hotel on Golden Lane. You are checked in, helped with your luggage, and shown around the apartment. If you need anything during your stay, we are available to help 24/7, just call us.

We also meet you on checkout to take the keys and thank you for staying with us.

An average stay that could have been so much more

Our group of 6 adults stayed at this property two weeks ago. When entering through the front door, you are stunned by the view of Dublin as this flat has amazing windows that run the length of the den as well as the opposite side of the room on the side of the kitchen. There are balconies on both sides. This feature is the highlight of the home as well as the amazing coffee machine! We also greatly enjoyed the garden in the courtyard that is beneath the flat.

We opened our windows each night as we slept and could hear the sound of the fountain. Very soothing. We loved the location of the rental. In a quiet neighborhood yet just minutes walk to sights. We wish we could give more of a glowing report of the flat, but everything else about it is average. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers had hot water, but the carpets were old and worn downstairs and the decor was simple and sparse. Our host was not helpful as we sought to understand why we could not get the microwave and certain lights to turn on in the kitchen. There were no written instructions for us to follow on anything pertaining to our stay. When we contacted the host, he told us he would send someone to the property to check out the situation. That never happened. So we went without the use of the microwave our whole stay. We had the impression that we were putting out our host when we inquired about these things. He did seem to be very interested when we were leaving that we give a good review of the property.

Fabulous City apaprtment

Just as good as the pictures, the apartment is really spacious and stylish. A group of 10 of us had a lovely time, amazing views from the balcony and good facilities. The owners were really helpful and good to deal with you :)

An enjoyable and amazing apartment

A delightful stay! The apartment is so luxurious. It was clean, free of any disturbance, perfectly lit, spacious and most of all located at a very convenient part of the city. The rooms had comfortable beds. The shower was nice and hot. The kitchen was well-equipped. The living room was big and cozy. The building and its surrounding area was very safe and secure. Our hosts were good-natured. They responded to all our queries in a jiffy. The market and other city attractions were close to our apartment. We had definitely no problem at all! Would definitely return and recommend it to my friends.

Memorable stay, Amazing apartment ! Loved it in there :)

A classy apartment with professional hosts! Everything was exactly as what was advertised. The apartment was clean and well-lit. The decor was very tasteful. Every piece of furniture was fitting in very nicely.The bathroom had warm water. The kitchen had a modern cooking range and other utensils. Check in and check out was so easy and convenient. Our hosts were very sweet and professional. They have kept the building in a nice condition. The location was very suitable for us. Grocery store was just around the corner. There were a few restaurants and other shops nearby. Pleasant stay! Would definitely come back again!

Great travel experience

An appealing apartment in a beautiful city! The apartment has nicely furnished rooms, a big sized kitchen and a classy lounge. The rooms have ample lighting, clean carpets, comfortable beds and an overall nice design. The kitchen has a very large size so that we can easily cook and enjoy there. As a bonus there are useful utensils in the kitchen which add to our convenience. The lounge is very classy and has a large TV screen surrounded by modern furniture. TV has many channels to choose from and it keeps the kids busy. Our hosts are really sweet and kind. Love it here! Highly recommended!
