Very Spacious family house, close to seafront and all amenities

5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, very close to beach, shops and restaurants

Tilly's retreat is a spacious Victorian family semi detached house in the centre of Hunstanton. It has off road parking for 2 cars, a garden with decking and patio. There is a good size kitchen, separate dining room and lounge. Upstairs are four good size bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds and one with bunk beds), two of the bedrooms are linked. There is also a good size family bathroom. The top floor has another bathroom and double bedroom, please note that the top floor bedroom and bathroom is in the eaves and does have some sloping ceilings.

All rooms have wardrobes, side tables and chest of drawers.

The house has everything you need for a lovely holiday, fully equipped with free wifi, TV (freeview), DVD and a good range of films. Underfloor heating in the kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and drier. Outside is a decking area with seating, BBQ and mature garden, pets are welcome.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Everything in the house is maintained to a very high standard and we have a Visit England 4 star award. Linen and towels provided, the house will be cleaned before and after you stay. There is a log burning stove for those winter days.

We are happy to let for short breaks and weekends, just contact us.

Spacious house, plenty of room for all of us

The house is perfectly placed for Hunstanton town centre and for getting to other areas, Heacham Beach is 2 miles away and is fabulous in the early evening and is also dog friendly. The house is really spacious and we felt totally at home. Nice garden and good washing and drying facilities. The house was really clean and the beds comfortable. One minor point was that the cleaners didn't seem to clean pictures and ornaments on the wall and were quite dusty and there were crumbs in the cutlery draw but these issues can be cleared up and then it would be perfect.

Hunstanton is a little seaside town which offers something for everyone; slot machines to geology!

The house was delightful; offering roomy accommodation, stylishly upgraded and very convenient for town with good parking a bonus. It was just as described and more; we enjoyed our stay there immensely.

Very good first impression

House was in a good location for shops, amusements, parks and beaches. It was well maintained and had everything that you need from a home from home holiday. Property was clean and we had nothing to do upon arrival just unpack. There were a couple of negatives which were the seating in the lounge - there was not enough for all of us (9 in our party) to have a comfy seat. We could not sit down at the table all together some in the kitchen and the others in the dining room. Having said that we all had a great holiday with fabulous weather.

Great family holidays

Great house, superb location close to seafront and shops. As described, clean and tidy. Well equipped. Lots of toys for the children to discover, you won't need to bring any. Lovely child friendly garden. One tiny thing...the twin room is a walk through to the third double bedroom and there is no closing door between the two, no problem for our family group but might be an issue for other parties with more couples!

One of our best holidays ever, would definitely recommend.

Lovely house in a great location

We really liked the house, it was a 2 minute walk to the centre of town and the beach.

It was really well equipped, very spacious and the garden was lovely.

There was plenty to see and do, and lots of lovely little villages to visit within a very easy reach of Hunstanton.

We would definitely visit again.

Pleased with accommodation. As described , we had everything we needed (and more) for our family group. Only slight disappointment was with 2nd floor bedroom and bathroom and low ceilings!!

Sea life Sanctuary

The house has everything you need for a lovely holiday, we have used it summer and winter for many years. it is very convenient for shops etc so no need for a car if you don't fancy driving.

Nearest Airport : norwich airport at 43 Miles Nearest Barpub : Golden Lion Pub at 200 Metres Nearest Golf : Hunstanton Golf Club at 1 Miles Nearest Train : Kings Lynn at 15 Miles Nearest Motorway : Peterborough (A1M) at 50 Miles Nearest Restaurant : Chives at 200 Metres Car: recommended

The house is located very centrally to take advantage of all of the attractions that Norfolk can offer, 15 miles from Kings Lynn and 10 from the Sandringham Estate. Very close to the beach and all seafront facilities, lots to do for all ages. Cromer and Sheringham are a 45 minute drive away and Holkham Hall is 20 minutes by car. The beaches of Hunstanton are a five minute walk away and very wide, flat and safe. There is a park just steps from the house with childrens play equipment and plenty of space to walk pets.

The town has lots of cafes, shops and two small supermarkets. There is a swimming pool and play area in the town (10 minute walk) and a cinema with lots of shopping in Kings Lynn.

The area is brilliant for walking, eating out or enjoying the beach, which is just minutes away. There are farmers markets nearby, days out for all ages and lots to do. In the summer the beaches are great and in winter the scenery is spectacular and peaceful.
