An ideal location for touring the surrounding area within 30 minutes walking distance of the picturesque town of Llangollen. It is the perfect location for that long peaceful weekend, action packed holiday or family get together. Booked together with Llangollen Lodge it is a venue that caters for up to ten guests. Set in sloping gardens there is an outside barbeque area and ample off road parking. A well established holiday let that has welcomed guests from all over the world for twelve years. It offers comfort, warmth and is the ideal location just to relax or enjoy the many attractions that the surrounding area has to offer from spring through to winter. The cottage is five minutes walking distance from Chain Bridge Hotel (over famous Chain Bridge) White Waters and Wild Pheasant Hotels all welcome non residents There are also gift shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways and much more in the town itself. New for 2017 Aldi/Home and Bargains within 5 minutes drive.

Llangollen has many attractions within the town and surronding area. There is the Llangollen natural history trail, Dee Valley Walks, Plas Newydd (National Trus), Valley Crucis Abbey (Cistercian Abbey), Llangollen Wharf with horse drawn barges, Llangollen Railway which has recently been extended to the nearby village of Corwen and features themed weekends, Horshoe falls and Llantysilio Church, Dinas Brand - (medival castle), Chain Bridge (originally constructed in 1814) Panarama spectacular walk, Offas Dyke National Trail, Mini Golf and Childrens Play area and White water rafting and gorge walking. There are lots of places to eat, Chain Bridge Hotel, White Waters Hotel and Wild Pheasant within walking distance of Lodge. There is the 14th century Sun Inn an Rhewl - 10 minutes drive or 40 minutes walk. For the 'real ale' fanatic there is an abundance of real ale available in Llangollen Town.
