About this property

Great Room looks over the sand & surf with fireplace & knotty pine vaulted ceilings. Great home for anyone that can't do stairs. Please avoid single night gaps during the summer. Three of the 5 bedrooms are on the entry floor along with 2 full baths. There is 2 king bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom. Kids love playing in the loft (finished attic space off the twin bedroom). Kitchen is fully stocked for preparing a big meal . Outdoor fire-pit, deck overlooking the ocean with private stairs right down to the sand and a close walk to tide pools. Sun room with wicker furnishings and patio are great for coolers, bikes, etc. Please No single night gaps Spring Break, Christmas or July & Aug.

We have always taken cleaning seriously but are working extra hard to sanitize every surface following Covid-19 CDC Guidelines and contact-less check in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time in this beach house. We truly loved the coziness and amenities. We have been using A-1 Beach rentals for a minimum of 15years, I’ve lost count.... We did have trouble trying to figure out how the heating works.The hot tub was accidentally unplugged before we got there so we weren’t able to use it right away. Never had tried a Ba Day before....😂We will definitely come back to this house, it is truly a home away from home. My mom was part of this group for many years, we now come down here in her honor as she always loved coming down to the beach and going to the casino, which is so close.Thank you again for a wonderful stay.Cheryl and girls

Ocean Front Family Gathering Bliss

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great character in this old home with updated features. Ocean front with direct beach access is amazing! There are so many amenities in the home. Record player with a great collection of vinyls, books to read, puzzles, foosball, multiple areas to sit and relax watching the view. Note the 5th bedroom is a single twin with an alcove that has a foam mattress in it, great for kids. The upstairs bedrooms are pretty warm even though they have a window to listen to the waves. Lower bedroom window is super close to neighbors deck so at night you hear them. Back bedroom that is the master has no open window option only a door to the courtyard. Lots of doors... you can see how this house could have been smaller cottages added together. Hot tub is SMALL... house fits 10 but hot tub is best at 2, maybe 3. We loved our stay.
