This fabulous one bedroom luxurious apartment sleeps 4 and is part of the Royal Seacrest development. It is situated on the 2nd floor with a lift direct to the door. It is ideally located in close proximity to both of the complexes large lagoon pools, 2 Jacuzzis, shallow children’s pool, rock formations, waterfalls, showers and toilets. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols for you to relax and enjoy the ambience of this spectacular complex. Royal Seacrest is set in one of the best locations in Paphos in the heart of the Tomb of the Kings area, its location is peaceful and tranquil yet close to all amenities including supermarkets, banks, car hire, bus stops and chemist. On the Tombs of the Kings Road you will find restaurants of virtually every nationality you can think of. The sandy beach is 800m away and Paphos harbour lined with numerous restaurants and bars is only a 20-minute walk away.

Beautiful apartment & wonderful holiday.

My husband and I have just returned from 10 days in this apartment and we can't recommend it highly enough. The apartment itself had everything we needed a real home from home. We really enjoyed the pool which was never busy and had plenty of sun loungers.

The apartment is in a peaceful location but only a 4 min walk from bars & restaurants which was perfect.

Get booking if your looking! We will be rebooking for next year for sure.

A beautiful apartment on a lovely complex. Close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

If you are thinking of taking a holiday in Paphos, we would definitely recommend staying at this apartment at The Royal Seacrest. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. The complex is well looked after with 2 jacuzzis, 2 swimming pools and a children's pool. Just off the Tombs of the Kings Road the Royal Seacrest is well positioned with all amenities close by.

A lovely quiet apartment

A lovely quiet, clean apartment just off the Tomb of The Kings Road. Situated at the end of a cul-d-sac so therefore no through traffic which made it very quiet and peacefull.

Lovely balcony over looking the pool with very nice patio table and chairs. Could not fault the apartment in anyway apart for a few friendly ants!

Pool area was cleaned every morning which made it a pleasure to sit around. It never got crowded at all. A few of the sun umberellas need a bit

of attention or need re-newing as the plastic support was beginning to split apart from that you couldn't fault it.

Couldn't Be Better!

We stayed here for three weeks and can thoroughly recommend these apartments.

Location is near The Tombs of the Kings: Ideal for shops, restaurants, the beach and harbour.

The apartment has everything you might require - clean, fully equipped with all mod cons, including a full-size bath and TV with BBC.

The owner made us feel very welcome.
