Villa 73 has fantastic views from a top level villa accessible by stairs. The property has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and another with twin beds. The kitchen and bathroom have been fully refurbished to a high standard. Facilities include flat-screen TV with Sky, as well as DVD player. Millendreath is a short coastal path walk or 2mi drive to the beautiful fishing village of Looe. 8mi from Polperro and 25mi from Eden Project. Centally located to access all other Cornish attractions.

Perfect location

We had a lovely week here. The atmosphere here is just perfect, everyone is friendly and it's perfect for families. When the tide goes out there are lots of rock pools, perfect for kids to explore. The villa has gorgeous views and is only a two minute walk down to the beach. It also has a large balcony where you can relax and do barbeques or just admire the view. There's not much around apart from one café/restaurant by the beach, but Looe is only a 5 minute drive away and has lots of lovely restaurants and shops. The only thing I would say is that the villa is 60 steps up (hence the stunning views!) so might not be ideal for some. Overall though, we all loved it and would definitely come again.

Fantastic week at Villa 73 - Aug 2016

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa 73 for a week during the August school holidays. The villa is at the top of a set of 4 villas, there are some 60 steps to climb, there is a huge balcony with a fantastic view of the Cornish coast. The Villa is well equipped, very clean and tidy on arrival. There are great sun loungers to use on the balcony. I feel the photos on the website do not do this place justice. Its a hidden gem!

Our two daughters (age 5 and 3), loved the private beach, spent most the day in the sea, making sand castles and looking in rock pools. The Black Rock café serves excellent food and amazing ice creams!

We spent a day visiting Looe and another in Polperro. Both lovely pretty places and worth a visit. We did crabbing in Looe Harbour which our girls loved! However, we found both Looe and Polperro busy (being August holidays) and a relief when we came back to our quite, safe bubble of Mildenreath :o)

We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and hope to return in a few years.

Clean and tidy

Very clean. Well presented.

Tidy with everything we needed

The site the property was on was very run down could do with some money spent on it .It was in a lovely location for walking .The property itself clean and tidy and had everything we needed and the owner was very helpful would consider it again
