Beautiful family one-level villa with private pool, lush gardens, AIRCON, WIFI

Follow the secluded country lanes through Majorca's sun-scorched landscape and before long you'll fall upon this traditional Spanish finca. Set in its own colourful Mediterranean gardens and with stunning terraces. With the formidable Tramuntana Mountains looming in the distance, you can enjoy the best of land, sea and mountains.

The property is spacious and the gardens and terraces provide plenty of space for all of the family.

The house has four bedrooms with an open-plan living, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The living space has a contemporary country finish with whitewashed walls and a log burning fire. The large kitchen has views out onto the al fresco terrace, which has a lovely seating area and a wooden dining table.

The house is in a traditional Mallorcan finca style, set all on one level. It comprises three large bedrooms with built in storage, and a smaller 4th bedroom. It can be configured as two doubles (king size beds) and two twins or three doubles and one twin.

There is also a sofa bed (208cm x 140cm as a bed) in the lounge area to enable sleeping for up to 10 people. There are two good size bathrooms, a spacious and bright living area with an open plan kitchen and dining area, leading to a large covered terrace for al fresco dining. Terrace opens up to lovely gardens and sunbathing area around the pool.

This is a fantastic place for a family or group to enjoy each other's company, either relaxing or being active surrounded by beautiful scenery.

The surrounding rural areas have an El Dorado quality with magnificent scenery and a heavenly atmosphere. Walk up the Puig de Maria hill or the Tramuntana Mountains before heading out to discover the area's golden beaches. The historic town of Pollensa is just 4km's away and has a bustling market spread out amongst narrow, cobbled lanes. Azure blue waters lap the sandy coast and are an unforgettable backdrop for a family day out.

For a more chilled-out day, head back to the house and enjoy some precious time-out on the sprawling terraces. With a clear blue pool and quiet surroundings, you can relax and unwind in complete and utter comfort.

Great space for kids to run about and we liked the two separate sleeping quarters as it was at either ends of the house. The pool was fantastic and the kids loved it. An excellent villa in a lovely location in the countryside near Pollensa

This is a spacious, comfortable house in a peaceful location, well situated for exploring the north of Mallorca, and convenient for the medieval town of Pollensa, a five to ten minute drive away. The pool is excellent and lies within a large, secure, well-kept garden. Our family group consisted of three generations, ranging from one to sixty years old, and it worked well for everyone. There is a sizeable terrace, half of which is covered, containing an inviting hammock. The house was clean, well-furnished and equipped. We would certainly recommend Can Olivos for a family holiday.

Excellent quality just needs air con

Lovely villa in a good location and would recommend to others albeit we struggled to sleep at night without air conditioning in the bedroom and an outside shower by the pool would have been the icing on the cake to the excellent outside area. Large garden, nice pool and lots of amenities to entertain the kids with and we loved the bean bags and hammock. The layout of the living area is ideal for two families and the kitchen and equipment was very good. Location is good for bothe Pollenca old town and convenient for Alcudia. I would definitely return but probably not in August unless there is air con fitted

Lovely villa

We had a great time in the villa. Absolutely beautiful with really great outside space which to be fair is what you really want there.

The villa was really clean and exactly as the photos . Loved the fact we could lock the gates and be quite safe as when one of our cars came back from Pollenca whilst the rest of the family was around the pool and drove in using the keys it was obvious with the gates unlocked you would not hear their arrival. So good.

Found the safe difficult to access however once used it was ok. But not sited well.

Really appreciated should we have a problem you could ring and it was sorted.

Love to come again.

    If you are staying for 2 weeks we will change the linen and towels in the middle of your stay.

    Each guest will receive bath towel, hand towel and pool/beach towel.
