This beautiful detached villa is situated in one of the most sought after residential areas in La Font, Pollensa. The leafy suburb of La Font is a short walk (approx 25 minutes) from the historic old town of Pollensa with its chic restaurants and pavement cafe bars. The bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vincente are only a 5 minute drive away.

The villa comfortably sleeps 8 people, the accommodation includes a large master suite with en-suite bathroom and dressing room plus three further twin/double rooms and two butler family bathrooms. The downstairs has a wonderful open plan aspect with lounge connected to the dining room area. The large modern kitchen includes American style fridge freezer, 90 cm oven with ceramic hot plate and granite work surfaces. All the bathrooms are modern and feature large walk in showers. each bedroom has hot and cold air conditioning and there are radiators in each room. All fixtures & fittings are of a high quality and the whole house is very tastefully decorated. Lush gardens, BBQ area, ample outside furniture, sun loungers, large pool 10 metres in length.

The surrounding rural areas have an El Dorado quality with magnificent scenery and a heavenly atmosphere. Walk up the Puig de Maria hill or the Tramuntana Mountains before heading out to discover the area's golden beaches. The historic town of Pollensa is within walking distance and has a bustling market spread out amongst narrow, cobbled lanes. Azure blue waters lap the sandy coast and are an unforgettable backdrop for a family day out.

For a more chilled-out day, head back to the house and enjoy some precious time-out on the sprawling terraces. With good size pool you can relax and unwind in complete and utter comfort.

An superb holiday in a beautiful villa in an excellent location

We had an fabulous week in this very lovely quality villa which is in a beautiful setting ,private and secluded in an excellent location close to Pollensa ..We had everything that we needed and Leigh Morgan was very helpful with advice information and recommendations .

We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this villa and Company to provide an excellent holiday .

  • Your villa will be prepared for you before you arrive and cleaned on your departure.

    If you are staying for 2 weeks we will change the linen and towels in the middle of your stay.
