1 bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 4 people and has astounding views

The apartment is fully equipped for up to four adults plus one baby.

There's one double bedroom with zip/link beds (can be king size or twin), a double sofa bed (200cmx117cm) in the living room and cot and highchair.

There are two roomy fitted wardrobes and a hall cupboard for suitcase storage.

Gas, electricity, towels and linen are all included in the price. Washing up liquid, dishtowels, loo rolls and washing machine tablets will also be provided.

The apartment is one of 9 apartments in a quiet, modern, well lit tenement.

I live too far away to be on hand during your stay. To make sure you enjoy your time I use a Professional Concierge agency. They'll be on hand for you throughout your visit.

Check in will be arranged in advance so you have no fear of delayed flights or late arrivals and can come and go as you please.

I have been letting this holiday apartment for 6 years and feel confident you will enjoy the perfect holiday accommodation.

This flat is within 5 minutes walking distance of the Grassmarket and Royal Mile.

There are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bus routes close by.

The apartment looks out over Arthur's Seat, The Salisbury Craggs, the Palace of Holyrood House and Dynamic Earth.

We purchased this property with the specific desire to rent it to holiday makers. This means we've already considered the location, space, views and storage you'll need. I hope you feel we chose well!

Well-located, roomy yet cosy, bright apartment, stunning views front and back inviting exploration.

We found the apartment to be bright, warm and inviting with plenty of natural light from the large windows in the sitting room and bedroom. It had plenty of room for the two of us, has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, and with shops, pubs, buses, all close at hand, it took no time at all to settle in.

The location made for easy walks in various directions whether to The Royal Mile, to New Town or to Holyrood Park for a hike up to Arthur's Seat. We did just that and were happy to return to our warm and cosy refuge for many welcome cups of tea.

It is not posh accommodation; it is casual, homelike and comfortable and it suited our needs for this visit to Edinburgh very well.

Wonderful! Perfect location

Loved this property. It was less than a 10 minute walk from the Royal Mile, so it was a great great location. Susie was so helpful to any questions we had during our stay, quick to respond and informative. The place itself was cozy and had everything we needed. I'd stay here again should I manage to get myself to Edinburgh again.

Fantastic apartment

A great location with wonderful views from front and back. Any closer to Arthur's Seat and we would have been camping. Would highly recommend.

Nice and cozy flat, within walking distance to the royal Mile, Hollyrood Park, and many puns and restaurants. Susie was also very accommodating and willing to work with our special check in circumstances.
