1 bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 4 people and has astounding views

The apartment is fully equipped for up to four adults plus one baby.

There's one double bedroom with zip/link beds (can be king size or twin), a double sofa bed (200cmx117cm) in the living room and cot and highchair.

There are two roomy fitted wardrobes and a hall cupboard for suitcase storage.

Gas, electricity, towels and linen are all included in the price. Washing up liquid, dishtowels, loo rolls and washing machine tablets will also be provided.

The apartment is one of 9 apartments in a quiet, modern, well lit tenement.

I live too far away to be on hand during your stay. To make sure you enjoy your time I use a Professional Concierge agency. They'll be on hand for you throughout your visit.

Check in will be arranged in advance so you have no fear of delayed flights or late arrivals and can come and go as you please.

I have been letting this holiday apartment for 6 years and feel confident you will enjoy the perfect holiday accommodation.

This flat is within 5 minutes walking distance of the Grassmarket and Royal Mile.

There are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bus routes close by.

The apartment looks out over Arthur's Seat, The Salisbury Craggs, the Palace of Holyrood House and Dynamic Earth.

We purchased this property with the specific desire to rent it to holiday makers. This means we've already considered the location, space, views and storage you'll need. I hope you feel we chose well!

  • This sunny bright room faces onto the Salisbury Craggs. It's extremely quiet and perfectly equipped with a king sized zip link bed which can split to form two singles. It has a large mirror, armchair, hairdryer, bedside tables and large wardrobe which can store suitcases as well as clothes.

Great location, very comfortable, and just what we needed for our week in Edinburgh!

This property is clean and comfortable. It is on bus lines and quite close to the Royal Mile, so it is a tremendous aid to the Edinburgh traveler. Also, the management staff is very helpful, friendly, and easy to work with.

This flat was perfect for our trip!

We loved the location of your flat. It was so easy to come and go and so great to be so close to downtown Edinburgh. Being next door to the University and college students was fun. Being just down the street from great coffee houses and a Tesco was also perfect. We would have loved a set of sheets for the couch and perhaps some additional blankets and even though we had no time for the TV, it might be time for a new one. Also, we hadn't realized there was no electric dryer but we were grateful for the drying rack supplied in the hall closet and the washing machine to do a couple small loads of clothes to get us through the rest of our vacation! The Wi-Fi was amazing and everything was clean and ready for our use. Thank you so much!!
