The location is within walking distance of one of the finest beaches on the Coast and close to many fine restaurants, tapa bars and supermarkets. One does not have to travel far to find kids play areas, water and adventure parks, museums, galleries, local markets and other attractions.
The busy night-life of Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola are all within a 10 minute drive.
All the apartments have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a large living area.
Apartment 411 usually configured as a twin and a double, but can be two twins, has a large south / west facing balcony that gets sun from midday on with pleasant views to the surrounding gardens
Apartment 714 has a large double + 2 singles. A superb year round apartment that gets neither too hot in the Summer nor too cold in the cooler months. Located close to the pool / restaurant area.
Apartment 922 has a large double + 2 singles. It has a large southerly looking balcony can gets the sun all day with views towards the sea.
The owner lives nearby and on hand usually to deal with any issues.

I came to Spain 25 years ago for a few years but have never left. I am from Cork in Ireland but have lived, and still do, in the Elviria area. When I arrived here I did not settle anywhere initially until I found this Elviria del Sol complex which to me is an oasis jewel on the Costa del Sol. I am an accountant and I have worked in the timeshare, real estate, property development and hotel industries here in the Marbella area.

When I came to Spain first I looked along the Coast for a few months for a place to live but when I found this complex, Elviria del Sol, I knew I had come across a gem. The unuusal, for the coast, low density build gives a sense of space. The space then has been filled by lovely greenery and flowers. The tennis, pool and food facilities serve leisure requirements. The ample terraces that most properties have combined with the nearby beach means the complex never feels full or crowded. While not being in a town there are sufficient shops and restaurants nearby to service most requirements.
Large terrace, looking to the greenery and the setting sun. The relaxed feel to the complex. The lovely pools and good food. The tranquil setting while out side the complex one can find most required services nearby.

What a lovely place, so unusual to find such low density build these days with lovely gardens. A nice clean tidy spacious apartment with a lovely terrace for relaxing as the day unwinds.
