Casa Helena is a fantastic newly refurbished spacious family friendly four double bedroom villa . It is well appointed , tastefully furnished and decorated in authentic moorish style , set in a beautiful tranquil green space within walking distance to moraira and the beach . It is the perfect venue for a multi generational family holiday ( sleeps 8 + 2 cots ) a total of 10 . Set in spacious grounds on several levels , (perfect if you need your own space away from the rest of the family now and again 😬) with a private gated swimming pool that is easily accessible with roman steps into a very shallow end . The luxury accommodation is laid out over 2 floors , the upper floor has 3 double bedrooms , a lovely spacious master ( ensuite) bedroom with a huge arched feature window with spectacular views towards Moraira over the hills , a family bathroom serves the other two pretty double bedrooms, there is a large open plan lounge with a lovely imposing feature fire place and patio doors that open onto the open terrace with scenic views towards moraira and the sea .A well equipped newly fitted kitchen and authentic dining area leads to a large Moroccan style outside covered seating area with natural stone terraces .The pool is slightly elevated from this level with 4 steps and is gated for extra security , ideal for toddlers . On the lower level there is a separate self contained 1 double bedroom apartment ( the apartment is included in the rental ) with an ensuite shower room , a gorgeous authentic open plan lounge kitchen dining area with natural stone features , a large TV and a DVD player , a large covered terrace and a secluded garden with a cool off shower . At mid level there is a fabulous well equipped summer kitchen seating 10 comfortably for family dining and socialising ( note there are also 2 high chairs ) also on this level there are sunbathing terraces with shade sails , the BBQ and the table tennis table .

The villa is very private and not overlooked . It is decked out stylishly and comfortably with great outdoor seating areas, 8 sun beds with nice thick cushions , a lovely outdoor summer kitchen , and a newly built BBQ and Paella station ( paella making equipment included ) with the added bonus of a table tennis table . The gardens and gated pool are peaceful , secure and beautifully floodlit at night, as well as spectacular views from all around the villa and ocean glimpses from the roof terrace. Situated only a short 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach and Moraira town centre. There is parking on the driveway for 2 cars .

Originally I'm a farmers daughter from Cheshire . I now live in Windsor in the UK After having worked extensively all over the world and have decided on Moraira as my second home as it is a beautiful place to kick back and relax by the beach. I am a designer and the villa is my second home . I spent 2 years renovating it and now I'm ready to enjoy it and would love to share it with others . I am a bit of a beach bum

and water sport's fanatic hence the Kayaks and SUP boards being available to guests .

Casa Helena is situated next to the fabulous, swish 4 star Swiss Hotel, a beautiful boutique hotel with spa facilities and a great buffet breakfast where villa guests can dine if they wish (15 euros per head). Casa Helena sits in an elevated position overlooking a green vista, fringed with palm trees to one side and hills dotted with beautiful villas to the other.

Just a 20 minute stroll down the not too steep hill and you are in the picturesque town of Moraira with its pretty beaches, bars, restaurants and marina. You really have the best of both worlds as when in the villa you feel like you are deep in the Spanish countryside yet you are actually only a stones throw from buzz of the town.

Comfortable family holiday

The property was very spacious with lots of different areas outside. The photos represent the property as it was. The pool was cleaned regularly and very inviting.

The bedrooms were spacious well appointed with effective air conditioning and the kitchens well equipped.The property clean and tidy when we arrived.

Helen was extremely helpful at all times and proved cots and high chairs for our grandchildren.

It was very hot when we were there and the walk down hill to Moraria was challenging at times. Transport would have made things easier but taxis were available and cost between 7 and 10 euros.

My family consisting of three generations had a great time and it gave my husband and myself the opportunity to be in comfortable surroundings with our family.

A fabulous villa with plenty of space in a wonderful setting.

Beautiful relaxing villa in a good location

What a truly beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed villa. So relaxing, and in an ideal location to enjoy the many delights of Moraira and beyond.

We recently stayed for 2 weeks at Casa Helena for a 3-generation holiday, using both the main villa and the apartment downstairs, and all of us had a really great time. The accommodation was ideally arranged for such a group - we all had ample space to enjoy being together and privacy too. There was everything we needed, both in the villa and in the many outside areas.

The Grandchildren happily spent most of their time in the lovely pool, and the Adults could find lovely sunny and shady areas to relax in.

Thank you Helen for creating such a delightful villa, and for being so helpful before and during our stay. We can't wait to return, and would recommend the villa.

Great location and fantastic villa

The villa has everything you would want and is extremely comfortable. Moraira is a little gem, also very close to Calpe and many other beaches for day trips while you are in the area. The owner Helen is very hands on and helpful and always available, highly recommended.

A lovely and spacious property

We stayed for a week in October, having rented the entire property. For a family of 5 we had acres of space - the downstairs apartment could have easily held another couple or a couple and a baby.

The pool was refreshing, the apartment tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The gardens has plenty of space, which the kids loved. Lots of places for them to discover!

The outside kitchen was perfect for enjoying the warm evenings.

Helen was responsive to all our queries, which was really reassuring. Moraira is a lovely place for a holiday, and Helen's villa made it a perfect visit.

Brilliant place and beautiful Villa.

This place is sensational. We stayed here for my retirement treat with my family having visited the beautiful town of Moraira on many occasions whilst stopping at my apartment just down the coast..

The villa is spacious and excellently maintained inside and out. It has been renovated recently and Helen has managed to keep the authentic and original feel whilst updating it with everything you need for a family holiday. The villa and grounds have a plethora of different dining and relaxing areas in both the shade and sun to suit your mood. The pool is ideal for cooling off and is clearly regularly cleaned and well maintained. The pictures don't actually do it justice and the apartment in the grounds is the complete package on its own!!!

The beach and town are a good walk but only a 5 minute (8 euro taxi) - however once you have shopped you don't have to move if you like poolside and the restaurant on Calle Haya (Ca Pepe) a 5 minute walk away is one of the best to which I have ever been.. The service was excellent, the food devine and the bill a lot less than I expected!!

I have spent a lot of time in Spain and Moraira is as good a place as any and the Villa superb. There is lots to do for the family from Jet Skis to swimming in the waterfalls at Les Fonts De L'Algar.

We had a great time here and have already recommended it to several friends..

There is a mini bus service run by Beniconnect that will pick you up from Alicante Airport and deliver you to Moraira, taking approximately 1 hour and 20 mins and costing approx. 25 euros per head. Please note the villa is in a residential area and so we do not accept guests who want to party all night and make excessive noise. We hope our guests will be mindful of the property and its environment. It is situated on the edge of a green space and is strictly a non smoking residence due to potential fire hazards.
The villa cleaning fee is €120 and the linnen charge is €10 per person and must be paid in resort in cash in euros on arrival unless it has been paid for through owners direct prior to arrival .
Aircon is included in the peak summer rental period . If aircon is required outside these dates an extra charge of £100 per week will be charged . Excessive usage of the aircon may result in an extra charge .
