Location

From the Owner

We have lived in and around Lincoln for more than 40 years and we love it! On your travels, have you ever come across a small, empty cottage and stopped to take a closer look? For the last 6 years, we have been driving past the quaint row of cottages on Church Lane thinking how lovely they were and how rarely they came on the market...until one day we saw a for sale sign and we just had to take a look. The garden was a sorry empty space and the house had been abandoned after being part renovated, and there was no kitchen or bathroom to speak of, but the cottage was full of charm...all it needed was some vision and a lot of tender loving care. This is how it all began in 2014 and now No. 24 is ready to be enjoyed by you.
