We have 3 x 1 bedroom apartments in this building. They are all newly renovated and furnished to the same very high standard and quality. They all have the same facilities.

Fantastic 1 bedroom very modern town centre holiday apartment very close to all shops, beach is less than 5 minutes walking and very near local transport.

Modern one bedroom apartment excellently situated in the centre of Fuengirola on the main high street. It has just been completely refurbished with new kitchen, floors, bathroom and all new furniture. The apartment has the shops, bars, restaurants and local transport.

The seafront is just 300 metres from the apartment so the beach is less 5 minutes walking distance.

The apartment has bright relaxing style living room which has large window doors which open out onto a spacious and very sunny balcony. There is an open plan American style kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking equipment and appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washing machine and clothes dryer in a large cupboard opposite the toilet.

The living dining room is a bright comfortable area with cable TV which offer excellent selection of English TV channels, there is internet for free wifi and there is a good size dining table.

The toilet/shower room are positioned in the middle between the living room and the bedroom. The double bedroom is modern and has been furnished to give a relaxing atmosphere.

All the details have been carefully thought out to make this a comfortable holiday apartment. The apartment has been fitted with air-conditioning and the windows are double glazed to keep out unwanted noise as this is a town centre property.

What a brilliant location & immaculate apartments!

These apartments are a hidden gem! Location so central 2 all amenities. Beach, many choice of restaurants, bars all 5 min walk away. Central bus service across the street & train station on next corner. Being on the high street there are many well known fashion shops & shoe shops on the door step. This will be my base for many years to come.

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 25 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Cafe Central at 0.1 Miles Nearest Ferry : Malaga at 35 Kilometres Nearest Train : Fuengirola at 150 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A7 at 1.5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Fuengirola at 300 Metres Car: not necessary

This rental apartment is in an excellent location in Fuengirola centre and is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, very close to Fuengirola main high street and only round the corner from the famous ’fish alley’ where you will find an array of bars and restaurants. The main church square is the hub of Fuengirola’s chic café society with its trendy boutiques, authentic tapas bars, international restaurants and sophisticated nightlife and hosts all the major events. Also on the doorstep is the yachting marina for boat trips, the English theatre, cybercafé, supermarkets and English newspaper/duty free shop. There is also an excellent Zoo in Fuengirola and the fantastic water park is just a short bus ride away.
