The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet area of South Tenerife in a well maintained and nice residential building. Two beaches are close by, the El Pique beach and the Las Galgas beach. Inside the complex, there are 3 heated very pleasant swimming pools. Manager to assist you in anyway . Meet and greet and welcome pack on arrival.

About Rocio

I just bought this property this year, and I chose to buy in Playa Paraiso because it is becoming a very dynamic place as they are now building two beautiful Hard Rock hotels, in addition to all the 4 and 5 star hotels already there. Also, the sea shores are exceptional, and there is a beautiful promenade along the sea joining the two villages of Playa Paraiso and Callao Salvaje. When I go somewhere, I really love to feel at home. This is why I am very careful on every single detail, and I assure you that this apartment will offer everything you can possibly want. I make it a very important point to please the holiday-makers who have chosen my apartment, and put at their disposal everything they could need, a nice welcome pack upon arrival, prepared beds with nice bedsheets, towels and beach towels, h a 24 hour phone line in case there are any questions or problems. I am myself a difficult guest when I go somewhere, so you can assured that every detail has been thought of.

Very comfortable property and was as described. Beds were very comfortable which is always a big thing for us. I would not be telling the truth if I did not mention the fact that it is quite noisy at the apartment. This is due to building works going on and lots of large lorries going up and down the road. The bin lorry seems to arrive every night at about 2am and this is noisy too. However, at night most noise has diminished by 22.30 and apart from the bin lorry at 2am things were quiet. The apartment is at the front of the block so is directly on the main road.

The apartment block is lovely and clean and the swimming pool is beautiful. It was very cold though.

The block is situated half way up a very steep hill so you need to be quite mobile to manage this. It is probably best to hire a car if you are less mobile. The apartment has a parking space which is accessible via the lift. Playa Paraiso is clearly an area that is being developed and it is about a 20 minute walk to get down the steep hill in to the small town. Once there, there is not really much to do apart from perusing the few shops which are mainly full of tourist type trinkets. There is a supermarket but don’t get anything too heavy because you will have to carry it back up the hill. There is a small supermarket up the hill from the apartment and also a couple of small restaurants which we found good for a snack.

There is a nice coastal walk which we enjoyed but it is a hard walk getting back up the hill to the apartment.

There are two restaurants at the bottom of the hill overlooking the sea which is a lovely place to sit and eat. These are within a 10minute walk straight down the hill.

The buses are very good and there is a bus stop at the top of the hill and at the bottom. You can catch the 471 which goes along the coast to Los Christanos with lots of dropping off points on the way. We used this bus every day and explored various areas. The bus drivers were all very helpful and friendly as was everyone we met during our stay.

In summary, this is a lovely comfortable apartment which, in terms of comfort I could not say anything bad about. For anyone who is happy to mainly self cater and spend most of the time by the pool this is perfect. We needed more activity and places to eat and drink, so, if we return to Tenerife we would stay closer to the main towns.

Nice apartment , very clean and helpful owners. Has own dedicate parking space .

Three swimming pools with one heated. Comfy bed , everything needed to self cater with sea view from balcony.

Sadly had to leave early due to serious issue at home

Property was lovely, clean and super facilities in the apartment and the complex.

Our stay in Tenerife was great and this was mainly due to the excellent apartment we stayed in. It was in a quiet residential apartment block and both the flat and the complex had excellent facilities and my wife and I and our 2 small boys had a super time. The 3 different swimming pools we such a hit and we wouldn't hesitate in returning to stay at this apartment again. We hired a car and Nathalie gave us clear directions to a meeting point and then took us to the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. We would highly recommend a stay at this apartment for a fab holiday in the south of Tenerife.

comportamento pessimo! Lo sconsiglio

La culla per il bimbo non aveva il materasso e nonostante al telefono c'era stato detto che sarebbe arrivato il giorno seguente, quando la sera siamo rientrati non solo il materasso non c'era ma non eravamo neanche stati avvisati che non lo avrebbero portato. Abbiamo richiesto spiegazioni la sera e ci è stato detto che aveano avuto un problema, ma evidentemente era una scusa perché il materasso per il bimbo non si è mai visto. L'acqua della piscina non era riscaldata, avevamo scelto questo appartamento più costoso rispetto ad altri per poter usufruire della piscina e invece è stato impossibile utilizzarla.

Helt ok boende, byn o stranden sämre än väntat.

Lägenheten var jättebra! Bra sängar, bra wi-fi o tv, varm dusch, tvätt - o diskmaskin- super!!

fullt utrustad precis som utlovat, även toalettpapper o städmaterial. Det bästa var välkomstpaketet med vatten, bubbel mm. Tack för det Nathalie och Dominique!

Balkong med havsutsikt, precis som bilderna visar. Bra garageplats.

Det enda vi inte var nöjda med var att sovrummet vette mot en trafikerad gata, där såväl bilar, bussar och lastbilar dundrade förbi. Vi ville gärna ha öppet fönster, det fanns ingen AC.

Normalmente no dejo comentarios, pero en esta ocasión tengo que comentar que todo muy bien. El apartamento tiene de todo !! La terraza parece más pequeña en las fotos, pero una vez allí, está bien. La piscina genial ! Playa Paraíso es una zona tranquila, del resto no podemos opinar porque solo un día fuimos al Hotel Hard Rock a tomar algo en el ático (bien, no problema para entrar, y buenas vistas). Buena situación para poder desplazarse por todo Tenerife. Anna / Barcelona

Playa Paraiso is a nice, cosy and complete village. It is not far from all places, Playa de las Americas is 10 minutes away by car, Los Gigantes at 25 minutes, and Santiago del Teide at 25 minutes (with the new highway!). The village is composed with many nice residential complexes and 4/5 stars hotels, with its restaurants, bars, farmacy, shops, hair dresser, supermarket, etc... There is a good bus service but if you rent a car, there is a nice covered garage space available for free in the building itself.

Other Activities: Also mini-golf nearby, karting, Quad, fitness, gym etc., but mostly inside the complex nice heated pools, and the beach down the road.

Golf: 3 golf courses are close to Playa Paraiso:

2) Abama Golf at 8 km

3) Golf Las Americas at 10km

4) Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur at 20km
