Our lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor apartment is situated on the very attractive La Calma development in the heart of Playa Flamenca. Close to an excellent selection of amenities and short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. The new modern shopping centre in La Zenia is also within walking distance. There are also 3 golf courses in the area.

The apartment has a lounge/diner with an open plan fitted kitchen, a twin bedroom with en suite, plus a double bedroom with en suite. Patio doors from the lounge and double bedroom lead out to a large sun terrace, offering views of one of the four communal pools. Guests are welcome to use all the pools. The apartment is west facing, giving you afternoon sun and fantastic sunset views.

Other benefits include hot and cold air conditioning, secure gated entrance to the development, and a private parking space. Lift access to all floors.

Saturday street market also in walking distance.

Lidl, SuperCor, Carrefour and Mercadona supermarkets close by.

Great Apartment well presented in a great location.

Really enjoyed our stay at this clean well presented apartment. Close to shops,restaurants and beaches. The apartment has everything needed for days in the sun i.e. Sunbeds chairs and body boards. The fact that it has 2 bedrooms each with ensuite leave it very convenient. The whole complex is very secure and would definitely recommend it and if going to that area again would not hesitate to book it again.Although we had limited contact with the lady who looks after the apartment,Di, she seemed very nice and friendly. All in all a very good experience!!

Härligt

Allt var jättebra utom sängarna. De var för hårda, särskilt i rummet med två separata sängar. Hon som låg i den ena sängen fick uppsöka chiropraktor två gånger. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka om sängarna utrustas med bäddmadrass Erika.
