Our lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor apartment is situated on the very attractive La Calma development in the heart of Playa Flamenca. Close to an excellent selection of amenities and short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. The new modern shopping centre in La Zenia is also within walking distance. There are also 3 golf courses in the area.

The apartment has a lounge/diner with an open plan fitted kitchen, a twin bedroom with en suite, plus a double bedroom with en suite. Patio doors from the lounge and double bedroom lead out to a large sun terrace, offering views of one of the four communal pools. Guests are welcome to use all the pools. The apartment is west facing, giving you afternoon sun and fantastic sunset views.

Other benefits include hot and cold air conditioning, secure gated entrance to the development, and a private parking space. Lift access to all floors.
