This well designed ground floor apartment is situated in a convenient location just a few minutes walk from porthminster beach and the town centre. It is ideal for exploring st ives and the many other beauty spots within west cornwall. The allocated parking immediately outside the property also makes for a stress free visit. Allocated parking for 1 car. Night storage heating, fully stocked kitchen and shower room. All linen provided (with exception of beach towels). Ideal location for couples looking to explore st ives and the surrounding areas. The apartment also has wifi/broadband access.

Smart stylish apartment with easy parking.

Very smart stylish apartment, clean, warm and cozy in a great location, we didn't use the car during our stay. Well equipped kitchen with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and Cornish biscuits and milk in the fridge. Parking immediately outside the apartment. Easy, quick contact with the owner. St Ives is beautiful, full of good pubs, restaurants, cake shops and small individual shops. Lovely harbour area surrounded by narrow streets and quirky houses and hotels. We would totally recommend St Ives and definitely recommend the apartment.

Wonderful appartment,close to town,beaches,bus and train station.St Ives is a great place to come .Marvellous beaches ,great places to eat and drink,would definitely return.Appartment was spotless ,bed was so comfortable,would recommend to family and friends,thank you for a wonderful stay

Perfect stay in St Ives

We arrived late Friday evening to find the apartment in a great location with parking right outside it .... fantastic. The apartment was clean, modern and all the amenities you could ask for. Minutes walk from the main town with lots of restaurants and bars, spoilt for choice. Although we visited a few restaurants, our favourite was the Cellar Bistro! Beaches are clean and well worth a visit. The apartment was a great choice and will for sure use this again when we next visit St Ives.

Good base for two people

A very well positioned and practical base for two people. We found the property easy to find and the parking space right out front is a god send. Only 5 minutes from shops and bars and not too may hills to walk up! The kitchen has everything you'd need for your stay and the bathroom is neat and clean. In fact the whole apartment was spotless. We had no noise from the adjacent apartments and not too much noise from the road out front.

All in all we would recommend the property for couples and anticipate returning in the future.

A Delightful holiday.

The apartment is perfect, beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. It has all the home comforts you require, including a parking space which is a godsend. The location is quiet yet only a short walk from St. Ives town. Where you will find stunning views, amenities, pubs, restaurants and attractions aplenty. If you wish to venture further the apartment is a equally short walk to the local bus and train station. All in all a delightful holiday was had and I would not hesitate in booking the apartment again in the future. Corinne is delightful, polite and helpful. Many thanks.

The property is in a great location, St Ives has been described as 'the jewel in Cornwall's crown' with a mild climate, fantastic bars, restaurants, shops and beaches all within easy reach. As artists, we enjoy exploring the many galleries for inspiration and as foodies we enjoy being within walking distance to the centre of town and bars and restaurants. Whether you want to surf, eat, relax, shop, visit galleries or simply chill, we love visiting St Ives and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Nearest Airport : Newquay at 55 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Tregenna at 5 Kilometres Nearest Train : St Ives at 25 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A30 at 4 Miles Nearest Beach : Porthminster at 300 Metres

Coast/Beach:

300m to Porthnminster beach, approx a 5 minute walk.

Travel:

55km to Newquay airport, approx 40 minute drive. Hire cars available at the airport (recommended to book prior to flying).

Nearest train station is St Ives which is a 5 minute walk to the apartment.

The apartment is situated centrally in St Ives, the most famous of Cornish holiday towns, with the mild sub-tropical climate, warmed year round by the Gulf Stream.

St Ives is renowned for its art and there are workshops, studios and galleries everywhere including the Tate Gallery.

Or take a leisurely walk along the coastal footpath, perhaps, south to Lelant with the opportunity to return by train or opt for a more energetic hike west towards Zennor.

When we're away, we want to be able to relax locally as well as explore the area and a parking space is extremely convenient in St Ives as we believe everything needs to be easy when on holiday. The apartment warms up quickly with the storage heaters and has everything you need to hand for your convenience. It is a quick drive to Tesco (which you pass on the way into St Ives) or a walk down to the Co-op.
