Located in beautiful countryside, a short drive to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca

This three bedroom, three bathroom immaculately presented Family Villa is ideally close to Pollenca Old Town whilst enjoying a secluded quiet location set in one acre of secure private gardens. A choice of lovely beaches and Pollenca Golf Club are only a short drive away. The owners regularly use the property and as such it offers many comforts not normally found in holiday rental properties making this a true ‘home from home’.

The South facing Villa is set in beautiful gardens surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees, enjoying views of the picturesque Tramontana Mountains. The property is built over one floor with 3 air conditioned double bedrooms with ensuite. The outside terrace areas offer the perfect settings for relaxing, sunbathing around the pool, reading a book in the shade, BBQ'ing and al fresco dining. There is also a detached Caseta with two single beds. The private parking and garage accommodates up to four cars. A car would be a necessity to make the most of your holiday.

Casa Tia is a spacious and beautifully furnished villa that mixes both traditional and modern. Located in one acre of private,well kept grounds, in quiet countryside a short drive to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca.

The villa features a large living room with two seating areas, a summer terrace, 3 main bedrooms en-suite, fully air conditioned and a Caseta with 2 single beds.

A maximum sleeping capacity of 8 people (3 double beds, 2 single beds in detached Caseta.

A stunning, spacious villa with great pool.

I have just booked for 2017 after having stayed in this villa last year.

The outside space is exceptional with a large pool and casita.We also enjoyed the outside dining facilities which you need for Mallorcan summers.

Inside there is a real family home feeling to this villa rather than the basic,minimalist feel which can be found with some rental properties that we have stayed in.

Fabulous Villa set in peaceful gardens

A perfect villa all round

We couldn't fault the villa. The location is superb - just 5 minutes from Pollenca old town - and the grounds and pool are fantastic. All the rooms are big and with air con and there's plenty of communal space.

The villa is fully stocked with everything you need and it's in a nice, peaceful location.

Basically can't complain at all. Looking forward to going back one day soon.

Fantastic villa with everything you need

We had an amazingly relaxing fortnight in Pam's villa. The accommodation was everything we had hoped for and more and we spent the 2 weeks relaxing by the pool and driving to the various beautiful beaches nearby.

The rooms were very clean, well equipped and more comfortable than the usual villa style we had come to expect and Pam was not far to offer advice and local knowledge to match the needs of a family with small children.

The pool and grounds were in excellent condition and very well maintained and there were many spots to sit and relax out of or in the hot sun.

Sa Pobla is a small town about 7 minutes drive south of Pollensa and we spent many a happy evening wandering round Pollensa Old Town and the Port with an ice-cream.

We loved it so much we have booked it again for 2017!
