Bredon Hill is the back drop of the property. The TIMES voted it the best area for a holiday cottage. The village has two nature reserves. Firstly an otter reserve which can only be observed at a distance and a wetland where a variety of birds can be observed from the hide. The River Avon is an easy walk where the narrow boats can be watched as they navigate the lock at Nafford.

Pershore has an Abbey where concerts are held. Number 8 is an intimate theatre established in the last ten years by local endeavour. Satellite brings a variety of London plays and ballets are beamed in from Moscow. The latest films can be seen here and also at The Regal in Evesham where refreshments are served while you watch the film.

On the Arts side we are within an hours drive of Birmingham with the Symphony Hall ,Theatre and Art Gallery.

Stratford upon Avon is 45 minutes away, particularly enjoyable on a Sunday morning when market stall line the road around the theatre.
