Originally the show apartment within this four year old complex this 1000sqft luxury accommodation is situated in the heart of Portrush town centre only a few hundred metres from Royal Portrush Golf Club. Located only a few minutes walk from the rail and bus terminals and beaches, the apartment is located centrally within Portrush's major shopping, commercial, restaurant and entertainment areas. Amongst the numerous landmarks on view from it's second floor windows are Portrush's famous Barry's Amusements, Victorian railway station, Scottish baronial Town Hall, it's popular harbour and facilities, the Wine Bar and Restaurant, the West Strand with Portrush bay and Donegal mountains rising up behind it and not least one of the towns most popular cafes situated directly below this apartment - very nice first thing in the morning!

This spacious high specification self contained second floor apartment can sleep up to six people and consists of two bedrooms, one of which has a large en-suite bathroom, large living kitchen and dining area with sea views and balcony, large bathroom, large internal shelved store, hot press and circulation areas. Despite the apartment's town centre location the design of the complex ensures that the bedrooms are quiet at ll times. With it's own secure and private pedestrian and vehicular entrances as well as its own secure car parking space, the apartment also permits it's occupants access to the complex's private first floor terrace which provides opportunity to relax in private and in style.

The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped throughout. With it's full Sky tv package with high speed broadband, 40" HD television and all mod cons, the apartment provides a comfortable and entertaining environment in which to stay. The ducted heating system provides for an easily regulated internal temperature and a continuous supply of hot water. Heated towel rails compliment the tiled bathroom and shower areas.

Wonderful property, fabulous location, every need catered for, what else is there to say. 1st Class.

The apartment is beautifully finished with everything any one could need and more besides. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and informative. Views from the property look over the beautiful Portrush coast and all amenities are just on the doorstep.

An amazing holiday home, the only negative was having to leave at the end of our stay.

Owner's Response: Kerry, Neill and their family were lovely genuine people who were a pleasure to meet and have stay in our apartment They were delighted with their holiday home and treated it with great respect and even though there were six in their family they left the place as they found it and even took time to clean and tidy it. I would recommend accepting this lovely family as tenants in any holiday home and really hope that they return to our apartment in the near future.

Amazing host & amazing apartment - all made for an amazing holiday

Three of us spent 4 nights in this spacious and luxurious apartment overlooking Portrush town hall and with views to the sea behind. We used this as base to explore the Antrim coast and a few other places for which this was perfect. David was there to welcome us with a chat and some provisions for the fridge - he kindly arranged for tea, coffee, milk (both blue & green top), bread and a few extras we found in the cupboards. He is an absolute diamond. Big thanks to him. We will seriously consider a return visit to see all the things we didn't during this trip.

The flat was lovely and warm and the showers were fantastic. My wheelchair mate had no problems accessing the flat using the lift and could get through all doorways, even into the bathroom.

The fitted kitchen worked perfectly and was nice and clean - as was the rest of the apartment. The beds are comfy - I slept like a log for the whole trip.

All in all, I would strongly recommend this apartment and particular David, our host.

All had wonderful sense of humours with Dan being particularly witty and knowledgeable. They had obviously done their homework on the local area and undertook a major inventory of places to visit and things to do. Jason celebrated his birthday with style during his visit. I do hope Jason and his friends return soon as I really enjoyed meeting them and they were a pleasure to have stay in our Portrush apartment.

Hassle free break which we all enjoyed. The personnel touch from David was great. Well equipped apartment and perfect for a family getaway. Board games a big hit with my kids.

Owner's Response: Really enjoyed meeting Sam and his lovely wife and three enthusiastic sons! Everyone treated the apartment with care and respect and they seemed to appreciate everything that was organised for them. Even though the weather wasn't great when they stayed it didn't seem to inhibit them in any way such was their enthusiasm to explore Portrush and its adjacent landmarks. I would recommend welcoming this family into any home and really hope they can return here some time in the future.

Great location, great apartment

A very comfortable apartment in an excellent location, right in the centre of Portrush. A few minutes' walk from all the main things to do, free town centre parking (a huge bonus in the summer). Sky TV, lots of games, great views, and a very well-equipped apartment made it the perfect place for our needs this holiday. Thanks to David for the very warm welcome and very thoughtful Christmas presents. Can highly recommend.

Modern, stylish and well appointed. A perfect home from home.

Excellent location, superb facilties, a warm welcome from a generous host who provided basic essentials like milk, bread, butter, fruit juice and more, spoke volumes about Irish hospitality. David took time out to make us feel at home, demonstrate the operating systems of the household and assure us of help, support and assistance for whatever we might need.

A central position with private covered parking below, shops, cafe and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the railway station only minutes away, made our stay a real pleasure.

Perfectly situated on the North antrim coast to visit the main attractions, all within an easy day trip by car, bus or train, Portrush is a place to be in its own right and this apartment a first rate choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'll be back!
