A studio apartment, with private roof terrace, adjacent to the beach, and convenient for all amenities.

Very close to the sandy beach with all major amenities close by. It is open plan in traditional Spanish style to provide comfortable everyday living for 2 people. It has a private roof terrace overlooking the bay and provides some beautiful views to wake up to all year long. One can see the mountains across the bay which can provide some lovely sunsets. It is perfect for relaxation in the sun enjoying your favourite wine or cocktails.

The hamlet of Llenaire is situated at the beginning of the bay and some 10 minutes walk from Puerto Pollensa with its pretty Marina and famous Palm Walk.

Alcudia is a short bus ride away from the bus stop downstairs and has a market on Tuesdays and Sundays. There are plenty of activities in and around Alcudia including an 18 hole golf course.

10 minutes walk towards Alcudia along the coast road is the nature reserve of Can Curasa for those that enjoy watching the wild bird life. There are many walks available as well as boat trips to places like Formentor with its famous hotel and beach

If you hire a car Mallorca is a beautiful and romantic island to explore. One can even spend a couple of hours climbing a local mountain to reach an old monastery at the top that serves food and drinks from a restaurant these days.

Cycling on the Island is becoming ever more popular with many events throughout the course of the year.

No stay would be complete without visiting the town of Pollensa itself with the famous Calvario steps with one step for every day of the year. At the top of the steps is the quaint, historical Church. There is a market in Pollensa on a Sunday. There are many restaurants in Pollensa for you to enjoy.
