Casa Miriam is one of the houses which is situated in the subtropical garden of Finca El lance . An unique property completely restored by the present owner and contains five seperate fully equipped houses with one and two bedrooms, these are spread in this garden of 5000m2, with lots of privacy and terraces,. seaview, barbeque, full fitted kitchen,washingmachine, bedlinen, towels, free wifi and parking.Former barns and stables have been converted into comfortable and tastefully furnished apartments with all modern conveniences. They are very artistic,and restored with authentic materials and integrated into the landscape. A wall of lava rocks encloses the area. In addition to the terraces outside every house there are also comfortable corners for every guest on the edge of the volcanic ridge of the garden. Wonderful places and views while enjoying a cup of coffee or a drink looking at the rising and setting sun. The total area has numerous winding paths and hidden corners surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants. An ideal place for children to play hide. and for adults a great place to stroll around.

,the owner speaks dutch, english, spanish and norwegian and lives on the property, the village nearby has all facilities , on Finca El lance you are away from mass tourism but close to airports, beach and various activities.

About the Owner

Born in the Netherlands but thereafter spending 15 years restoring old sailing vessels in Norway, we settled down in Tenerife. Here we have restored the old Finca El Lance finding it as a "ruin" but working hard to complete it to todays standards. I am very proud that the Finca is accepted - and given a standard - as Casa Emblematico. meaning it have historical qualities interest and values for the Canary islands , The old vinepress and the treshfloor dating from the 18th century are unique.

We choose to develop this special property because of the surroundings. It is out of the mass tourism áreas, but have all facilities close by. 45 minutes to airports, 30 minutes to major tourist destinations - and the fabulous veuws and you will find nature just outside your front door.
