This spectacular designer villa is located in the beautiful pine-covered hills of Mas Mestre, just a 12-minute drive (16km) from the highly popular and bustling resort of Sitges with its bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches, and only 40 minutes from the world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona.

Villa Madre Piedra is a dream holiday home that has been meticulously built to the highest specifications and thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of its sunny and peaceful position.

The centrepiece of the gardens is a beautiful 10m x 5m heated swimming pool. Around the pool is an attractive terrace and lawned area providing plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing in the sun, while enjoying the delightful views across the hills of the Garraf Natural Park.

Villa Madre Piedra offers the best of both worlds - a relaxing holiday retreat in a natural and peaceful location and yet within easy reach of so many attractions.

The villa is close to the Penedes wine region, the home of world famous Cava producers such as Freixenet and Codorníu. Other highly popular holiday attractions such as Port Aventura, Costa Caribe and Ferrari Land are all within an hour's drive.

ACCOMMODATION



The interior decor of Villa Madre Piedra is both contemporary and stylish, with dark grey ceramic tiles and white-washed walls combining to create an atmosphere of cool relaxation. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and equipped to the standard expected of a high quality holiday home.

The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors as follows;

Main Floor


The main floor is accessed up wide gradual steps from street level or from the garage under the house to a large hallway that leads directly to the compact but stylish kitchen with breakfast bar and modern appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for a great holiday. The kitchen has direct access to the lounge area as well as to the outside space and swimming pool.

The lounge/dining area is bright, spacious and comfortably furnished with stylish lounge chairs and a contemporary sofa. There is also a built-in fireplace for those cooler out of season evenings. The attractive dining table comfortably seats 6 to 8 guests.

There are large sliding doors from the lounge/dining area to the pool area as well as the covered outside terrace.

The main entrance also leads to a hallway that gives access to three of bedrooms and family bathroom. The beautiful master suite has a large built-in wardrobe area, double doors leading out to the side garden and a part glass walled en-suite bathroom.

The twin bedroom and the children’s bunkbed room are also off this hallway with the family bathroom opposite, making the villa perfect for two families.

Upper Floor


The entire upper floor of the villa is given over to a large master suite with ensuite bathroom facilities and separate living area complete with white leather sofas and a day bed that can sleep an addtional 2 guests either double or twin. This floor also has three small balconies.

GARDEN AND POOL AREA

The garden and pool area are spacious and attractive and provide the perfect space for enjoying the sunny weather during the daytime and al-fresco dining in the evening.

The partially covered terrace area in front of the lounge and kitchen features a built-in BBQ and large dining table with seating for 8 guests, with an option for an additional 4 guests. There is also a nice chill-out area with comfortable sofa, chairs and coffee table.

The main feature of the outside space is without doubt the beautiful 10m x 5m heated swimming pool surrounded by plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and playing. The swimming pool has wide gradual steps going into the pool, perfect for the children to come in and out.

There is also a shower and toilet close to the pool as well as a ping pong table to keep the children (and adults!) entertained for hours.

There is secure off-street parking for up to 3 cars at Villa Madred Piedra. There is also unlimited and free on-street parking at the front and back of the villa and no permits are required.
