A 3 bedroom,3 bathroom luxury house in Praia d'el Rey set in a gated community with stunning gardens and 3 full sized heated pools with separate kids pools-with ample pool furniture.

The property enjoys a very spacious lounge and dining area with 2 big settees(both convertible to beds) and a big dining table with 8 stunning locally designed dining chairs.

The lounge doors open on to a terrace with BBQ and a quiet secluded garden equipped with sunbeds and umbrella.

A modern kitchen has all the equipment you would expect,oven,fridge/freezer,washing/drying machine,microwave etc.

The twin bedded downstairs bedroom has double doors opening on to a small terrace and the garden and has an adjoining bathroom.

The master bedroom is very large with a wonderful large balcony for quiet sunbathing,extensive built in wardrobes and a big en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks,bath,bidet,shower above bath-a 5 star hotel bathroom!

The second twin bedded bedroom is spacious,has lovely built in wardrobes,a safe and has a good en-suite bathroom and a Juliet balcony.

The accommodation is designed to make the most of its sun filled south facing aspect and the beautiful gardens and pools of the Vila dos Principes community.

The world class golf course,driving range and putting green is 5 mins walk.10 mins to the 5* Marriott hotel,spa and sensational beach.Nearby Baleal is a surfers paradise.There are many fabulous places to visit whether it be for the beaches,culture,history,festivals,wine tours or sporting activities all within easy reach by car. Why Mark Cashin chose Obidos

The property is delightful but also practical with a bathroom for every bedroom.The Vila dos Principes gated condominium is beautiful with stunning gardens and proper sized pools(all a minimum of 20 metres).The 3 pools all have seperate kids pools,immaculate changing and toilet blocks and plenty of good loungers and umbrellas.

Our property is quiet and secluded as well as South facing so you can walk 50 metres to the pools but not have any noise issues as you lie in the back garden.

The golf course is only a 5 minute walk away,the driving range and putting green less!

We love this property but a key factor was the whole quality of the Praia d'el Rei estate,golf course,facilities and beach

What makes this house unique

The property is in a lovely condominium with stunning gardens and great pools but,because of its position in the condominium ,it enjoys a secluded position giving privacy and peace and quiet.

It is South facing so the terraces and garden enjoy the sunshine.

The 3 bedrooms each have a bathroom and the house is very spacious so there is plenty of room for everybody.

A great location for all the family with great beaches and lovely pools and gardens for lazy days.Plenty of sports and activities to enjoy and a paradise for golfers.As well as Praia D'el Rei with its mix of cliff top links type holes and a number of holes wandering through the pine forest,nearby Royal Obidos,designed by Seve Ballesteros ,and Bom Sucesso are 2 other nearby courses to be played. Green fees are very reasonable and about half of that of Algarve courses. There are many places to visit: nearby resorts and historic sites as well as the fascinating city of Lisbon,just an hour away. All in all something for everyone in a high class resort whilst enjoying excellent accomodation

Hemos disfrutado de 2 semanas en la casa de Praia d'el Rey fabulosas. La casa está en una urbanización preciosa y muy bien cuidada y la casa es perfecta para una familia con niños. Todo muy limpio, muy nuevo, bien cuidado y bonito decorado. El equipamiento de la casa es muy completo. Nos dieron todo tipo de facilidades para atender a nuestras necesidades durante nuestra estancia de manera muy rápida, eficiente y amable. El entorno y las playas cercanas a la casa son maravillosas. Y el campo de golf es fantástico. Nos hemos sentido casi como en nuestra propia casa y hemos estado muy a gusto. Muy muy recomendable y con muchas ganas de repetir!
