A superb detached villa with its own pool on a corner plot overlooking the third hole at Las Ramblas golf course. Nestled amoungst the pine trees in a tranquil location, only five minutes drive from the shops, bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the lovely sandy beaches, this provides an excellent place for a winter break or a summer sunshine holiday.

This high quality furnished property has four ample sized bedrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom. The villa benefits from central heating for the winter evenings, a hot and cold air conditioning unit in the lounge and fans in all the bedrooms. It has a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and all modern appliances. As well as the large pool area there is a substantial terrace off the lounge where you can relax in the sun or find some shade and is a perfect location for al fresco dining. Uk television and internet is also provided. The villa has been upgraded this year and now benefits from a large new air conditioning unit in the lounge and large ceiling fans in the lounge, dining room and kitchen.

Because it was a place to relax when away from the stresses of work. Somewhere to enjoy the wonderful weather offered in this area (320 days of sunshine per year), lounge by the pool and chill in the tranquil surroundings.

What makes this villa unique

Peaceful location but within easy distance of many beautiful beaches and near to many shops, restaurants and bars. Only a short ride to the nearest motorway so an excellent base if you wish to visit other parts of the country.
