On the borders of Chelsea and Fulham, a popular and desirable area of Central London, this comfortable, light and bright 3 double-bedroomed home is situated between the King’s Road and Fulham Road, just three minutes from the underground and buses.

This is a house with a difference. Colourful and creatively decorated, it is warm and inviting – a happy family home.

The open-planned ground floor includes a good-sized sitting room that flows into the large well-equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a small garden, which is particularly delightful in the spring and summer.

The house, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, is ideal for 5 people to stay comfortably.

On the top floor, the master bedroom, which has a comfortable super-king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, leads onto an 18-foot private terrace giving a further view of London living.

The floor below comprises one large double bedroom with a king-size bed and a smaller bedroom with a standard double bed. These two bedrooms share another modern bathroom with shower.

There are many good pubs and restaurants close by, as well as an 8-screen cinema. Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Sainsburys supermarkets are all within a 5-minute walk.

About Anne and Todd Civardi

Todd and Anne are an active, adventurous and happily married couple who have three children and six grand-children, as well as a busy social life. Their love of travelling has taken them all over the world and they are avid collectors.

Anne is an artist and writer, and if she is not in her sculpture studio, she is going to galleries, or writing children’s books. She grew up in Africa and moved to London many years ago.

Todd, an American, met Anne on the ski slopes of Zermatt and together they have lived in the New York, Connecticut, Colorado and London. Todd has his own company and plays tennis and golf regularly.

Super location, comfortable house with a wow factor!

We couldn't have been more comfortable staying at this fabulous house in Fulham. Thanks to the owners who left their home well equipped for visitors, we enjoyed a great few days in London. The nearby tube and buses take you easily into the centre, yet the street is nice and quiet, such is the location of this pretty house. We were lucky to have hot sunny weather and so made the most of the terrace and garden at the property. The house had plenty of space for a three generation family to holiday together. We'd love to stay again. Organising the trip with Anne was made simple as she was, at all times, available and charming.

Wonderful stay!

We loved this home, so warm and comfortable. It was an oasis after long days of being tourists. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the Fulham Broadway tube stop, so convenient! Would happily stay here again, the owners were very welcoming and gracious.

Location, location, location!

The home is exactly as in the pictures, charming and very comfortable. The location is ideal in that it is close to the tube (underground, subway); close to buses that can take you wherever you want to go; banks; restaurants, pubs etc. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. There were some observations that we made known to the owners who have already told us that they will do some of the things we discussed. Granted that we were there for 2 weeks which may be longer than most people stay and thus our comments may have generated from the length of our stay. We don't believe that we need to discuss here what we talked about. Suffice it to say that should the situation occur we would have no problem staying there again.

Owner's Response: We are grateful to this guest for his feedback on his stay in our home. We have addressed a couple of his suggestions, i.e. putting a non-slip bath mat in the bathroom and adjusting one of the bedroom windows. He also thought a slow-drip coffee machine would be useful as he drinks a lot of coffee, but we provide a large and small cafetiere, which most guests seem to prefer. He also suggested we put screens on the bedroom windows, but although this is normal practice in parts of the USA, we have never come across these in the UK. Happily he and his family seemed to enjoy their holiday in our house and left it looking clean and tidy.

Wonderfully cozy!

We had a wonderful experience. The house was well-appointed with plenty of space and everything we needed. The owner's communications were clear, punctual and organized. The location couldn't have been better just a few minutes from the Tube and major bus routes. Of course there' are plenty of restaurants and shops in the local neighborhood without having to go far.

We felt that the property lived up to our high expectations. It is a clean, well furnished, comfortable home. The location is peaceful, yet within a 5 minute walk to proper shops, restaurants, Boris Bike stands, turf soccer pitch, the Tube and bus. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

Perfect setup for our week in London

This wonderful home was perfect for our family's needs during our week In London. The location was ideal for all the to'ing and fro'ing in between kids activities. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedding comfortable. It was nice to have some outdoor space. Communication from the host before, during and after, was excellent. They left plenty of information about local restaurants, shopping and transport, which was plentiful and convenient. We hope to return next time we are in London.
