Situated in the beautiful South Hams 'Area of Outstanding Beauty' and a short walk to the famous surfing beach at Bantham, Holbrook apartment sleeps two (plus 2 on sofa bed) people in one bedroom. The light and airy master bedroom and living area is on the upper floor, above the garage making the most of the views, and opening directly on to the rear patio. There is a fresh, modern compact kitchen/dining area with a table and chairs. There is a generous bathroom en suite leading from the bedroom. There is freesat HD TV and DVD player, with facilities to plug in your own iPod. Wireless internet access is also available. There is no mobile reception in the house, but there is a landline available for outgoing calls

Great location and great place

First off, this part of England is spectacular. I would move to this area in a heartbeat, if I could convince my family. The apt. is clean, modern, and well located. The owners are very nice and accommodating, as well.

Perfect short break retreat.

Met by owner who was very helpful. Apartment was lovely with nice furnishings and all equipment necessary for a short break. Lovely touches such as milk in fridge and tea/coffee supplies and very tasty cookies! thank you. Quiet area with great beach. We would also recommend 'The Sloop' for their hospitality. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment in beautiful countryside

Even though we arrived later than expected, the owner gave us a very warm and personal welcome - even saying hello to our Labradoodle! Spotlessly clean and with everything we might need, we were soon relaxing with a glass of wine. Very comfortable king size bed, lots of wardrobe and drawer space, a lovely large bathroom with oversized bath and walk in shower means you could quite happily not want to leave. Even room for extra visitors with a guest bed and their own facilities. Easy walk to the beach - where you'll find a cafe and pub. We were looking forward to our post walk drink and late lunch - so were disappointed to find the pub is closed after lunch until 6pm. But with a full fridge and a good oven iin the apartment it wasn't too hard to return and rustle up something. Highly recommend this apartment to any couple wanting a break!!
