This beautiful villa is the perfect accommodation for couples, families and golfers.

Detached, it offers a private and spacious setting, within close proximity to both the beach (2 minute walk) and Local Village La Cala De Mijas (5/10 minute walk).

In addition to the open plan kitchen and living area, the villa offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are split into two sections of the house, enabling guests to have privacy within the living environment. The property is fully air conditioned.

To the front of the property there is a large terrace, offering a seating and dining area which is adjacent to the villa's built in BBQ. There is also a secure garage available for guests’ storage, with washing machine and facilities

The villa benefits from access to a communal pool.

The local village La Cala De Mijas has everything that guests require from bars and restaurants to supermarkets and shops. There are numerous golf courses within a 10 minute drive including El Chapparal and La Cala

Given the proximity of all the amenities car hire is not essential but can be useful if parties like to explore the local area.

Lovely villa, perfect for family holidays

We had a lovely week away staying at this villa with our children and grandchildren. The garden is a good size for children to play safely while you are relaxing on the patio. We liked the idea of the communal pool as with having small children it made the garden area safer. The pool is very close to the villa and very clean. The villa is well equipped with everything a family would need. The welcome pack on arrival with basic necessities was good to enable you to enjoy a cuppa or beer before going shopping.

We didn't hire a car and there is no need as the bus stop is at the bottom of the road and takes you to local resorts. We visited fuengirola, benalmadena, the. Aqua park and had a trip to Gibraltar (the tour company picked us up at the local bus stop). La Cala de Mijas is a beautiful place with plenty of places to eat and bars. It still has the Spanish charm unlike the popular resorts that are more commercialised.

Luke is great to deal with and responds quickly to emails.

We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a family holiday.

Wonderful Villa in a good location

Villa is very spacious, large living area, fantastic terraces and located at the end of a private road and has everything you need.

Walking distance of golf course, bars, beach and a communal swimming pool.

The local town is a pleasant 20 minute walk and if you don't hire a car, the bus service takes you into the local town or any of the larger resorts along the Costa del Sol and runs every half hour.

Plenty of choice to eat out, some fantastic restaurants.

We will definitely be returning.

was very impressed with every part of the villa and place in general.went there as a group to play golf with many many courses within ten minutes max.prime location a stones throw from the town and the beach.the views from the patio upstairs are stunning looking out to sea during the day and night.great and easy dealings with the owner and the property was in very good condition with everything we needed.this will be a definate return villa for future golf breaks

Stunning villa

We had a big family holiday here with two families 5 adults 6 children and we all had lots of space, the villa is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice it's huge! The villa was lovely and clean and the air con in the bedrooms was lovely! We enjoyed the roof terrace which we made an adult only area, and the front court made a wonderful bbq and sunbathing area, the pool was much closer than it seems on the map and was quiet and clean, the town is a very short walk where you can find everything you need, there is also a great family restaurant very close called the streets of London their food was amazing and they have a fab play area for the children,the beach is just across the road from the villa although a bit rocky if you walk along a bit it turns sandy and nice, we all had a fantastic holiday and couldn't be more thankful to the owners they were so attentive even when we somehow managed to loose a key on a cocktails night out! We were provided with a lovely welcome pack that had everything we needed for our arrival this was particularly great for us as we arrived on a Sunday when the shops were closed, would highly recommend this lovely villa to anyone truly lovely.
