New Quay, Wales. 4 Bedroom House with Parking, 2 minutes walk from beach

Large 4 Bedroom holiday house with Parking for 2 cars in the stunning seaside village of New Quay, West Wales. A two minute walk from New Quay's beaches, this stunning house has everything you could ask for!

FOUR BEDROOMS - It has 3 Double Bedrooms with double beds and 1 double room with substantial bunk beds. It is a very spacious and can sleep up to 8 in beds (plus travel cot provided).

SITTING ROOM - It has a large Sitting Room with solid oak floor, sofas, wood burner, desk and additional table with chairs in the window area.

Free WIFI, Free view smart TV and Blu-ray DVD Player are also provided.

KITCHEN / BREAKFAST ROOM - The open plan Kitchen / Breakfast Room is modern with all crockery and appliances you would expect. It has a large table to seat 8.

BATHROOM and SHOWER ROOM - There is an upstairs family Bathroom with bath and a downstairs Shower Room.

HALL - The entrance hall connects both floors and has a cloak cupboard for shoes and coats.

UTILITY ROOM - The utility room has a washing machine, additional Fridge with freezer, iron and ironing board.

PARKING - Unlike most of New Quay's central homes, we have private off-road parking area for two vehicles. (Private Parking in New Quay is limited so this is a huge bonus).

COURTYARD GARDEN - It has a private courtyard with table and seating for 8 + which is a real sun trap!

HEATING - Oil central heating and a wood burner in the living room provide you a little heat should you need it!

AMENETIES - Located in New Quay village itself. The award winning golden sandy beaches, with water sports centre and children's play area are all less a short walk away so it is ideal for families with children. There are pubs, cafe's, restaurants and Fish & Chip Shops all located within a few minute stroll. There is also a mini supermarket and local shop as well as lots of small boutique shops. You can park your car and not need to use it for your stay, or explore the beautiful surrounding area.

It is an ideal holiday house for families of all age ranges and couples alike.

Rentally is usually Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) but will consider less.

Beautiful House very welcoming, Ideal location, fresh clean decor lots of wow factor

As soon as we walked in we knew we had picked the perfect house to stay. The rooms are actually alot bigger than they appear in the pictures but every inch is perfectly decorated with lots of nice touches. My 4year old loved the bunk beds and the 2 year old slept like a princess in a king size bed, the carpets seemed new throughout and very soft too. All the rooms upstairs and downstairs are bright and fresh, with furniture well thought out. Location is perfect to nip back from the beach to grab your crablines or stroll back after breakfast at the penwig.

REALLY NICE HOUSE ,GOOD LOCATION

At first we thought that the parking was going to be a problem as our party had a small can plus and vw transporter but as it turned out there was plenty of room for both vehicles. The house its self was really nice I think the only issue we had was the huge gap above the bathroom door which meant if you were above six foot you could see over the door.....(A bit odd). Apart from that we cant really fault the house at all. Really nice patio furniture with plenty of seats for everyone. The owner of the house was very helpful indeed in posting our little girls blanket that we managed to leave behind.(BIG THANKYOU!!) All in all we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family holiday in wales.

lovely house and catered for all our needs

there wasn't anything that the owners hadn't thought of even down to a high chair which came in very useful for our grandson

although the house was on a steep hill it had lovely views and accommodated all our needs

It we ever think of coming this way again would have no second thoughts of renting this property

A well placed, inviting holiday house.

There was ample room for two families to spend the week. The house had everything that we needed, the children enjoyed the games cupboard. The weather helped us enjoy the garden and the furniture was fantastic. Bedrooms were beautiful.

Very cosy winter break.

Two families enjoyed a most comfortable stay in this beautiful home in New Quay. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious enough for 5 children and their parents not to be on top of each other. Only two minutes walk down to the beach and the village centre. We loved going for breezy winter walks along the coast then coming home and snuggling down in the cosy living room. We also mustn't forget to mention the delicious fish and chips we picked up at The Mariners nearby. We would all highly recommend a stay here winter or summer.
