This recently upgraded 5 bedroom property is perfectly located and offers the most fabulous sea views. It is within walking distance of restaurants and the renowned ”Apolonia" supermarket, as well as, obviously, the wonderful beach, less than 200 m away.


This villa offers all home comforts and is perfect to cater for all the family, even with a table tennis table and separate tv with playstation.


The options are endless, long strolls on the beach, passing by the Salgados lagoon to see the variety of rare birds and nearby horse riding. At night-time, there are various restaurants within walking distance, or if you are looking for a busier atmosphere, Albufeira is only a few minutes away by car, with all catering and nightlife options available.


All bedrooms and lounge have air-conditioning. Pool heating optional.

The Space:
The lounge/ dining area is open plan with a central fireplace looking out to the pool. Comfortable sofas and armchairs and coffee table in the lounge area and 2 televisions, one dedicated to keep the kids entertained with a playstation and a selection of DVD’s. English channels such as BBC’s, ITV, Channel 4 etc are available for viewing, as well as children channels.The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, with a separate wine fridge!

A fully fitted and equipped kitchen (leading straight out to the BBQ area) with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc, indeed, everything that you would expect.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. A twin bedroom, that is serviced by the guest shower room. Another twin bedroom (the beds can be pushed together as seen in the photo), with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have hairdryers.

The first floor has a further 2 bedrooms. A master bedroom with double bed and an ensuite shower room. There is also another twin bedded room with ensuite bathroom (with bath). Both bedrooms have a private terrace, plus another lovely terrace where one can have a relaxing drink sat on comfortable seating and appreciate the stunning sea view or sunset.

On the outside, there is a 4m x 9m swimming pool which can be heated, if required at 180 GBP per week. This is surrounded by a terrace and lawn, with a large table and chairs for al-fresco dining and sun loungers.

There is also a barbecue area and work surfaces to one side just off the kitchen. On the other side, a table tennis table is provided for further family enjoyment.

• CHECK IN: The villa will be ready from 4pm, although you’re very welcome to drop your bags off before that time.

• CHECK OUT: So that we have time to properly clean the villa when you leave, check out time on departure day is before 10am.

• If you're departing the villa before 10am on departure day, please could you let Manuel know so that the cleaners can come in earlier to prepare for the next guests.

• Travel insurance. Please put this in place for yourselves as you see necessary. While we’ve taken every precaution to ensure the villa is, ultimately health and safety are your responsibility and we can’t be held liable for any loss of property, damage to possessions or injury to any person(s) caused in any way. By booking with us you accept these terms.


Our insurance doesn't cover you or your possessions so we recommend you take out your own travel insurance.

Notes of importance:-

Please pay special attention to the Parasols and ensure that they are not open when windy. In the case of damage during your stay, damages will be charged for.

As every effort is made to be environmentally friendly, we kindly ask that you do not leave air-conditioning units running in unoccupied rooms, unnecessary lighting, or waste water.

SPECIAL NOTE: We do not allow the use of P20 or any All Day suntan lotion or oil. They stain the bedding and towels. We would have to pass on the cost of replacements to our guests.
