Our spacious family house with large terraced garden has gorgeous views across a green, vineyard-filled valley dotted with picturesque medieval villages, to the Cevennes mountains and Pic St Loup. Close to beautiful places of natural and historic interest, plus golden beaches on the Med, rivers, hills & mountains, the exciting and attractive cities of Nimes and Montpellier, all within 30 mins, and well within reach of many tourist centres of the Languedoc and western Provence.

Booking Notes:
Non-refundable booking deposit 30% of total rent due, balance due not less than 8 weeks before commencement of booking. Security deposit of £350/Euros 440 refunded within 6 weeks of end of rental period.

Changeover Day:
Normal changeover Saturday. Other arrangements may be made if availability permits.

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds Sterling. Low and mid-season weekends and long weekends available pro-rata if availability. Gas C/H included only for low and Winter-season lets (usage based on typical daily levels). Payment in Sterling (or Euro equivalent at 1.18/£) accepted, by cheque or bank transfer (bank transfer for euros preferred). Please also see our own website. Deposit refunds are in currency used for payment.

Notes on accommodation: No pets, no smokers please. Access to accommodation only via stairs. Outside: Large fenced & secure garden consisting of 5 terraced levels. The two wide, lower terraces include 10mx5m fully-fenced private pool (open July and August) with seating area for 10, boules area and shady trees. Patio doors from the house to patio terrace, seating up to 10 for alfresco meals, overlooking glorious views and sunsets over the foothills and mountains of the Cevennes. Utility Room: Fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, rotary dryer, ironing board & iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Linen and towels provided, changed once a week. Other: Large garage.
