300 year old Manor House with Three separated houses 10 bedrooms, 8 bathroom

Incredible castle-like 300 year old house with three buildings, preserving all the caracter in the middle of a 19 hectar plot of land. Accomodation for up to 20 persons, 10 large bedrooms all airconditioned heat/cold in three totally indepentent houses belonging to the same building, living space in the houses over 500m2 plus all the terraces and pool. Maximum comfort and privacy. Main House has accomodation for 12 persons in two floors in 6 large Bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and the two side houses have 2 bedrooms with bathroom en - suite each. Really large private pool 120m2.

The three houses and all room good wifi coverage, Main House with large kitchen for cooking for the group when they want to eat together, large oven and dishwasher, dining for 20 inside and outside as well as the private dining areas of the side houses. D

Fantastic location for visiting Palma, Going to beaches, golf, cicling, mounaineering. Really easy access.

Make of your holiday a totally unforgettable one. This is a really authentic finca, decorated with restored antiques, original paintings, each corner is treated with care and made totally unique. Very quiet and private as it owns a 19 hectar plot of land.

Very easy access to the rest of the island as it is at short drive from the motorway and only 15 minutes to the Serra Nord, the start of the chain of mountains which runs all along the island.

Absolutely wonderful......

Our group of 10 was looking for something really unique, and we found it. It's earthy and whimsical filled with a lot of love from the owner, Amara. This place sleeps many people in different areas of the property, yet allows for everyone to congregate in common areas whenever you want. The place is just great. If you want to experience a more down to earth yet magical place, definitely consider this place. The owner, Amara is terrific in every way.

Very nice place with all you need & friendly host

Old renovated house, very spacious, comfortable, very decorated and with a lot of character. We appreciated the many locations to gather together with complete peace of mind (no neighbor) and the strategic position of the house which allows to go touring on all the island easily.

The 3 houses corresponded well to our need for host of 21 people. The decoration is nice, original with personal work of art.In the main house: the kitchen is well equipped and the terraces are plaisant. This Finca is isolated by every neighbors and close to Palma (15km) and the access to roads for various directions is easy. Some close shop can be reached by car (5 minutes).

Very charming house

Wonderfull place, for a dream stay

This property is an amaising place, we spent an unforgettable week, everything was perfect !!

Very lovely house, in a very quiet place, large rooms, a lot of places to organise breakfast, lunch or diners, very clean, an artistic atmosphere, with smells of orange tree, lemon trees .

It is in compliance with the description and even better in reality.

My friends and I will keep a wonderfull memory of this place, the only regret was to have to leave.

The owner of the house is a really lovely person, who does everything to ensure a perfect stay. One more time I would like to thank her warmly. Thank you very much Amara !!

This Finca (Manor House) has come down to me through 5 family generations. I have lived for 22 years in the Main House which is now also for rent as I moved to the city for personal reasons. I can assure this is a little paradise on earth or so I believed every single day. I put all my knowledge and sensitivity as an artist when refurbishing and decorating the houses to the very last detail is like a work of art.

Nearest Airport : Palma de Majorca, 20 minutes drive at 15 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Sa Cabana (many) at 2 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Palma Port at 10 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Three main golf courses 10 minutes away at 8 Kilometres Nearest Train : Bunyola-soller at 5 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : Sa Cabana at 3 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Sa Cabana, Bunyola, Santa Maria at 3 Kilometres Nearest Beach : All palma bay and Pto. soller at 15 Kilometres Car: necessary

Fantastic for City (only 6 km from Palma Historic Center), beaches (20 minutes from Pto Soller and all Palma Bay area) Golf (three main courses at a stone throw), Cicling (you can go out straight with your byke as it is on one of the main cycling starting points), Hiking, (really near all Sierra de Tramuntana)
