3 bedroom country cortijo just 15 minutes from the town of Albox and approximately 50 minutes to beaches and other attractions.

The accommodation comprises indoor and outdoor dining areas for up to 5 people and an additional sun room, ideal for a morning coffee or evening drinks.

A large downstairs living area provides ceiling fans to cool off after a day in the sun and includes a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, with all conveniences to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

Stairs lead to a large shower room, a single bedroom with wardrobe, radio & CD player which overlooks the garden. A twin room (can accommodate a 3rd bed) with wardrobe overlooks the countryside and master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, opens out to a large terrace with views of the country and plenty of room to soak up the sunshine.

The secluded pool area includes a large covered dining area, sunbeds, pool amenities, outside shower and toilet facility.

Ideal for couples or families seeking a relaxing holiday away from the hustle, but with easy access to shops, restaurants and places of interest.

After many years of corporate life we decided to 'throw caution to the wind' and leave our life in the city behind to go travelling in Asia. Great Villa with gorgeous surroundings

Gorgeous property with lots of space! Everything you need for a comfortable stay

The property is as described, very clean and well maintained. Nina & Patrick were excellent hosts and provided excellent customer service

Would definitely stay in Cortijo no 12 again and more than happy to recommend it to family and friends

Fabulous 5* plus villa!

Fantastic and 5*! Patrick and Nina have a superb villa with everything you could possibly need to have a great holiday . The pool and pool area is great with plenty of shade for the children if needed. The villa itself was highly equipped and we can't rate it highly enough. The little touch of a welcome pack on arrival, coffee machine , free WiFi, English TV and much more make this a superb place to stay.

The area itself is lovely with friendly residents and only a short drive to the main town with all amenities.

Patrick and Nina were always there if needed and were extremely helpful.

We would deffinately stay again and reccomend it.

Our fantastic holiday at country cortijo

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Decorated to a five star standard. All the appliances you could ever need. A very peaceful area. The kids loved the fantastic swimming pool. Just a short walk into the village in the mornings. To pick some lovely fresh bread. Plenty of places to explore and long walks up into the hills surrounded by olive groves. We certainly be back. Thank you nina and Patrick for lovely stay.

Nearest Airport : Almeria at 120 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Las Pocicas at 2 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A-7 at 25 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Las Pocicas at 2 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Vera Playa at 50 Kilometres Car: necessary

If you enjoy walking, cycling or just lazing by the pool this could be the perfect place for you, there are many lovely beaches and pretty Spanish villages within easy reach.

Stroll along the promenade and sample one of the many fish restaurants in Garrucha or head a few minutes south to the popular resort of Mojacar with cycle hire, boat trips, snorkeling and many good places to sample a variety of food.

Take a slow drive along the sea front until you reach the far end of Mojacar playa.

Continue towards Carbonares and be amazed by the scenic coast road, with hair pin bends and spectacular views of the sandy bays and quiet beaches. You will soon reach Carbonares, another pretty town with lovely beaches and if you want something special for lunch, try El Cabo, situated along the sea front, fine Mediterranean cuisine with a lovely view and plenty of choice for vegetarians.
