Amazing location in the French Alps. Located in Plagne Bellcote part of the Paradiski ski area, there are many activities available on your doorstep or within the immediate vicinity whether summer or winter. Check out our facebookpage:

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4.

Consists of: living area with 2 sofas / single beds, TV / dvd and Bose Music system, with views & door to balcony, additional space with 2 single beds and dining area, kitchen, toilet and separate bathroom.

A huge advantage is that the 2 main areas are divisible with a sliding interior wall, which with a separate door from each area to the kitchen and bathroom means complete privacy if / when preferred. The beds in the dining area can easily be moved together to form a double bed if preferred.

There are good storage options with cupboards / shelving and under bed storage drawers. The balcony enables you to sit out and enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, mainly in summer!

On the ground floor there is a lockable Ski Locker to store your ski's or snowboards.

Duvet cover, sheets and pillow cases are required,(please note the pillows are english shape not french). Linen can be hired or disposable sheets can be purchased in resort at your own cost.

Other than linen the apartment is well equipped for your comfort.

Cleaning on departure is not included, therefore all bookings for the apartment are taken on a self clean basis.

The area is suitable for all levels of skiing (and walking in the summer). There is a heated outdoor swimming pool (entry fee included in rental price) with sauna and sauna (additional cost to individual), selection of bars, night clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, ski hire, bowling alley, cinema, ice rink and spa, all easily accessible. In addition there is a frequent free shuttle bus service to / from other parts of the La Plagne area until midnight.

A small Spa supermarket is 50 metres from the apartment together with a pharmacy and various shops including ski hire. The ski school office is 75 metres away and the ski school meeting place is 100 metres away.

In the summer activities available include beach volley ball, tennis, pony trekking, paragliding, walking or sitting relaxing enjoying the mountain air and listening to the cow bells as the cows go where they please through the area.

Travelling by train: Bourg Saint Marice - Euro Star station is approx 20 miles away, Aime Eurostar station 10 miles away at the bottom of the Valley. A local bus brings you up the mountain to a bus stop virtually outside the apartment.

Travelling by air: Geneva is 2.5 hours drive away, Lyon is 2 hours away and Chambery approx a 1 hour drive.

Calais is a 10 hour drive.

Special rates for the summer only £200 per week for the apartment.

About the Owner

I love skiing and being in the mountains so decided to purchase a property in 2015. After many hours of research and looking at different apartments, I fell in love with this area, Plagne Bellecote and all that is available here. Ive skied in many countries and this apartment and the location ticks so many boxes, summer and winter.

The location is perfect, a short drive from Geneva or Chambery by car or coach transfer which drops you outside the front door. Only a days drive from calais. The resort ticks so may boxes, ski in and ski out, no waiting for transfer buses, all though the resort is linked by great free buses summer and winter. With 4 lifts in the bowl going in different directions you'll be troubled to get bored of the choice of runs. The selection of bars and restaurants, take aways and night clubs in resort for "apres- ski" or dinner are great for all budgets, linked to Belle Plagne by cable car in the evening the choice is extended. Evening entertainment includes the swimming pool, cinema, bowling alley ice rink, sledging in the bowl. This apartment has everything that you could want, including a ski locker on the ground floor, with a perfect location.

  • Main lounge area with TV/DVD. One single bed and one bunk bed that double as sofas during the day with storage draws under the bed for storage of clothing or bedding. The second bedroom is co-located with the dinning area. These beds can be pushed together if required. Storage drawers are located under the beds. Both rooms are divided by sliding doors and have their own access to the bathroom, toilet, kitchen and entrance way to ensure privacy.
