A delightful Victorian townhouse within two minutes walking distance to shops and station and five minutes from the beach. This property is ideal for families with children and walkers. Saltburn-by-sea is a charming town, some if its attractions include a miniature railway, Victorian cliff lift, lovely beach and Italian gardens. For walker it is on the famous walking path the Cleveland way which features dramatic coastline and runs along the top of some of the highest sea cliffs in the country.

Spacious family home, well situated in a quiet street but with easy access to town and beach.

Our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers had an enjoyable 4 day stay here. The property is spacious and decor bright to make the most of the light. The house is filled with books and DVDs.

The street is quiet but gives very easy access to the town. Saltburn is a striking Victorian seaside town and very relaxed and pleasant, even on a bank holiday. The sandy beach slopes very gently, so would be suitable for younger children. The steep steps down (and up!) to the beach give the thighs a good work out, though the funicular railway offers an easier, and interesting, alternative to access the beach.

Not sure how much there would be to do on a wet week but we enjoyed the old fashioned elegance of the buildings and the pier and were lucky to have 2 sunny days on the beach.

fabulous time had by us all!!!!

the house is lovely we did a 2 week stay I was just like home,we have 3 children and this was a perfect place for us to stay and sarah was so helpful.....saltburn is a beautiful seaside town the children loved the beach and miniature railway

a short walk from the house is the railway station and we travelled to York and Newcastle....we all had a fab 2weeks

will defintley be back next year
