Los Montesinos Costa Blanca The apartment sleeps 6/8 is located on the third floor of a modern three storey building with a lift to all floors and a communal roof top pool. It has 3 bedrooms one is en-suite and all with wardrobes, a separate bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. There is a balcony leading of the master bedroom and living room. Towels and bedding are provided (excluding beach towels) This modern apartment benefits from free wifi and English tv. From the private balcony and shared roof terrace you can enjoy panoramic views of the village and the giant salt lakes and make the most of the healthy climate these lakes provide. The apartment is ideal for both families and couples with a range of leisure activities and entertainment nearby. Los Montesinos is close to the salt lake and the protected natural park. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the local supermarkets and the lovely square, bars and a variety of restaurants plus a local Friday market this really is a friendly village. The village also has its own village pool open June-Sept. Just a 10 min drive to the beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja and near to numerous golf courses including La Finca golf course. Also 10 mins drive are 3 Aqua parcs (June-Sept), cinema, bowling, funfair, shopping centre, macdonalds, plus the all new La Zenia Boulevard Our apartment is easily accessible from both Murcia and Alicante airports (both about 30-40 mins away) Bigger towns of Alicante, Benidorm and Cartagena make a good day's outing. Coaches available from the next village which is 5 mins drive (benidorm is approx 15 euros return) This apartment is a great base for exploring the Costa Blanca or just a relaxing holiday for couples and families.

We have owned our apartment for the last 13 years of which we have rented out for the past 3 years to holiday lets. The apartment is proving to be very popular with families and couples, with many a returning guest. The rooftop pool is great to relax round and most of the time you have this to yourselfs. Its in a great location for those wanting to explore the Costa Blanca. We love Los Montesinos village the prices to eat and drink out are so cheap and the people are so friendly. Our apartment has plenty of room so why not bring the family and enjoy what the locals experience everyday.

We fell in love with village as the people are so friendly and its in a great location to explore the area.

The apartment is very spacious so you feel your not on top of one another like a small hotel room.

We have children so the wifi in our apartment is free as we understand how they like to use their phones, ipads etc

Also the satellite TV is very popular, we are in a good location next to a beautiful park, the best Indian restaurant and the views from the rooftop pool are amazing you can see the famous salt lakes and rooftops in the distance.

There is also a communal BBQ on the roof so why not take advantage and cook some locally produced products and watch the sun go down.

Large spacious apartment with a lovely rooftop pool

This large apartment was everything we needed for our family, we wasn't on top of each other like hotel rooms. The rooftop pool was a bonus which the children loved. The village is very friendly and cheap, has all the amenities you need. The beaches are amazing and just a 10 min drive by car. Chimes bar on the square also hire their car for just €12 a day. There is a variety of restaurants from Spanish, English, Chinese and Indian. The Spanish square is lovely and there is a small market on a Friday afternoon. Great place to explore the area would definitely recommend.

Lovely Apartment located in a nice Spanish village

Our family love this place and this was the third time we have stopped here.We always hire a car as the apartment is ideally located to so many lovely places easily reached by car. The apartment itself is always clean and tidy with lots of room and our children love the roof top pool !!!!! The spanish square with its bars and restaurants is within easy walking distance and has a really friendly atmosphere. We will all be returning hopefully very soon.
