A delightful apartment set in the original fishing quarter of Port de Soller oozing charm & atmosphere with a mix of traditional Mallorquin & trendy eateries. A scattering of unique sculptures & whimsy shops are perfect for a stroll along the promenade whilst taking in the spectacular scenery. Vast sandy beaches – perfect for families with buckets & spades or for those just wishing to catch some sun-rays. Set on the vibrant Marina side of Port Soller - All this just a stones throw away from your front door! Set in a private & quiet pedestrian area, with no nearby traffic, but close to the local parking areas, shops, restaurants, Marina, beach & children's play area, a perfect touring base with excellent travel connections by tram to rail & bus to Soller, Fornalutx, Biniaraix, Deia, Valledemossa & the heart of Palma. Comfortable open plan living/kitchen-diner room with two double bedrooms, each with an excellent quality, super comfortable super-king bed that can be split into spacious single twins & two bathrooms, one of them en-suite boasting a double walk in shower & Jacuzzi bath in the other makes this apartment perfect for two couples sharing or a family of four looking for well equipped self-catering accommodation. There is a sofa bed available, however please discuss additional guests over 4 persons (which is recommended) with me for extra person supplement charge, not applicable to children sleeping in cots. The accommodation is thoughtfully decorated & furnished with cool fresh linens, splashes of colours & local tradition blended tastefully with all the modern comforts one would expect from quality accommodation. There is a flat screen TV and DVD with a selection of DVDs to choose from and books to read. Theapartment will pink up the WIFI signal of the local restaurant Kingfisher, if you are having a drink there they will give you the code. Location, location, location this apartment is hard to beat – within walking distance of all amenities, a car is not essential. Down a flight of stone steps to the picturesque paved & mostly pedestrianised Marina of Port de Soller set in the fishing quarter, stand on the harbour side in the late afternoon & you'll get to see the fisherman's catch coming in. There are numerous restaurants, cafes & shops dotted along the waterside & just a few minutes walk leads you to a choice of two beaches, the harbour beach & further on Playa de'n Repic where the promenade is plentiful of yet more restaurants, cafes & shops. Port de Soller is a stunning resort on the West Coast of Mallorca nestled in to a backdrop of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range dominated by the grand 'Puig Mayor', Mallorca's highest mountain at 1445m above sea level. Port de Soller's horseshoe shaped bay is enclosed by two headlands, each with it's own lighthouse, two sandy beaches & breathtaking coastal scenery. Hi, I live in North West England, UK and am originally from Scotland. I work hard and so really love to make the most of my free time. I am fairly sporty and love the mountains and sea, and the Tramuntana Mountains and Stunning coastline of the Soller Valley just ticked every box. When in Mallorca, I love to go hiking in the mornings and relax by the beach or simply sit in one of the lovely bars watching the world go by in the afternoons.

Great holiday!

The property was first class, and the photo's of it in my opinion, are probably the most accurate on this site. It was spotlessly clean, obviously well looked after and it's in an excellent location, we thought in the right part of the town. Communications between Angela and us was good both by email and text, always prompt and professional with any queries we had. This was out first time in Mallorca, but not the last, will be looking to return to Port de Soller next year.

And you must try the Kingfisher restaurant, it's outstanding!

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment is very clean and well set up with everything you are likely to need. It is only a few steps from a couple of very nice restaurants and the harbour yet it is very peaceful (except the builders next door occasionally!)

Fab place

We stayed here last year and liked it so much that we are going back again this year.

The location is perfect. Close to great restaurants, the beach and shops but set back just enough to be very peaceful.

The property is fab. It was well big enough for two adults and two small children and had everything we needed.

Angela is a fantastic host. She couldn't be more helpful.

Perfect timing

We were delighted to find that the cottage was exactly as described. From the perfect location to the tasteful interior we couldn't have asked for more. It's easy to tell that Angela has a love of this charming little cottage as she has done everything to make visitors feel very welcome. Looking forward to returning hopefully later in the year to sample more of the delights of Puerto Soller

Hidden Gem

After researching hotels & private rentals I came across this lovely property, and so glad I did. It's charming and the location is beautiful , a minutes walk to the picturesque harbour & beautiful beach. The property has everything you could possibly need, like home from home. We ate out a few nights but also made use of the fully fitted kitchen which has everything you need if you wanted to self cater. The 2 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, the double with an ensuite and another bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Angela was so helpful from the start of our booking to the very end of our holiday. Port De Soller is beautiful & we are looking forward to returning, our only negative was the unfortunate chilly weather but we were very cosy in Angela's home. Thank yo so much for all your help and kindness Angela.

I had a number of key wishes when looking to buy my property. To be near the mountains, to be near the sea, to be able to wander out of my front door on a Sunday morning, buy the papers and wander to a cafe, drink coffee, fresh orange juice and watch the world go by, and the fourth and most important wish was that I did NOT buy somewhere that was like a typical holiday resort, rowdy in summer and dead in the winter with no local culture. I knew as soon as a I viewed my place that this was it! Port de Soller has a thriving Spanish community all year round. The harbour sees off the fisherman every day come rain or shine and the hikers and cyclists consider this a mecca all year round. I can be on the mountains in 10 minutes of leaving the apartment, I can be on the beach in 5 and the lovely cultural towns of Soller, Deia and Valledemossa are literally a hike or short bus or tram ride away.
