4 Bedroom Luxury Finca set in beautiful grounds, perfect for relaxing.

With fantastic uninterrupted views across rolling fields to the Tramuntana Mountains the estate commands an elevated position with no possibilities of being overlooked. The single picturesque farmhouse in view, distant in the farmland, only adds to the appeal. The whole rear side of the 4.5 acre is boarded by a sandstone cliff with interesting natural features and shallow caves. On top of this cliff is a wood. You can live comfortably in the sense that you cannot be observed and you cannot disturb others, the perfect position.

The house is refurbished to the absolute highest standards. The level of detail is intriguing, the traditional Finca now has a modern interior that does not go so far as to detract from the original character. Massive solid beams, modern tiled floors and ultra flat rendered paintwork, gives the Finca a clean crisp feel.

Incredible place

We had an incredible 10 day stay here in July. The location and setting of the finca is sublime, very nice and quiet with stunning mountain scenery (the sun sets over the mountains in the evening - perfect for happy hour!). That said, Majorca being a relatively small island, towns and beaches are not far away by car.

The finca itself is beautiful. Inside is very spacious and has been furnished and decorated to a first rate standard. Outside there's plenty of space and a choice of shaded areas when you need to escape the heat of the day. The pool is a great size and the owners have the option of having the gate in place which we took them up as we have 4 year old twins who love to roam!

Overall I cannot recommend Son Bernat highly enough, we're already looking to book again next summer!

A dream holiday

We had such a great holiday at this beautiful finca. It was such a tranquil setting, secluded and with wonderful views of the distant mountains. It was everything we wished for and more from the stunning pool to the barbeque area and games room. The gorgeous north coast beaches are within easy reach and the street markets at Santa Maria and Sineu are worth a visit.

Thank you Emma and Steve for providing such a magical place - we will be back.

outstanding place to relax!

My son and I were greeted by an amazing house set in the countryside. The views were breath taking and the house was more than I could have dreamt for. The house was clean, well equipped with all the essentials needed to make our holiday memorable. The rooms large, various areas to hang out, play pool or cook a delicious meal. Outside we ate, looking at the stunning views in peace. The pool was devine and very well maintained.

This place is just heaven! I can't wait to come and stay again.
