A beautifully presented and fully equipped Victorian cottage with parking.

An idyllic and quintessential English cottage set in a quiet cul-de-sac of just 10 cottages less than 5 minutes' walk from Canterbury's historic and vibrant city centre. The property which boasts both front and back gardens, Canterbury Cathedral views, 2 bedrooms, stunning decor and all mod cons sleeps up to 6 people is one of the very few cottages in the middle of Canterbury which is also pet friendly. Please note that, as is typical in cottages of this type, the stairs are quite steep to the bedrooms.

About Chris Perkins

Deb and I (Chris) both teachers bought the cottage with the view of it becoming our first holiday let. Our first guest, Mr. Sinclair arrived 7 September, 2015. We bought the cottage after our son attended Kent University and we fell in love with the city. The cottage's location is perfect and even negates the need to permanently have a car at your disposal, even though there is designated parking outside the cottage.

We are still discovering all that Canterbury and the surrounding area has to offer and every time we venture out, there is something new to thrill and enjoy.

Our cottage welcomes considerate pet owners as we too have two Westies who have enjoyed time there as we prepared the cottage for guests.

Life at the Augustines was wonderful and truly loved the welcome basket.

It was such a pleasure renting St Augustines Cottage.Everything worked perfectly and the owners we a delight to work with. 'The beds were soooo comphy, and we cold walk everywhere. Great eateries on every corner, and fabulous friendly for asking directions for cafes of a food store.

Cosy, comfortable well equipped cottage in an ideal location.

Brilliant not having to take the car out once we had made use of the invaluable parking space. Lovely to walk around and soak up the atmosphere of Canterbury and then return to relax and enjoy the facilities of the cottage. A much needed break for all of us. Particular thanks for the welcome pack.

A really cute, tucked away, cottage but just a stones throw from City Walls!

A charming cottage tucked away. Superb welcome pack and the property was clean and really comfortable. Superb spot for Canterbury as you can stroll into the Centre yet still just hop on the ring road to explore this part of Kent. The real blessing has got to be the parking space, much needed in Canterbury Centre!

Canterbury and its surroundings has so much to offer that it will cater for the needs of even the most discerning traveller.
